As somebody that has backpacked extensively around the world, I have to say that visiting a capital city is the single worst way to experience a country. It rarely reflects the actual culture, attitudes or workings of a country. As in Saudi Arabia, where the capital is far more tolerant than the smaller towns would be.
Well, visiting a capital of a foreign country is still better that not to visit at all.

about that you went to someone's house and you took pictures with their women doesn't mean we all do that , it's haram I don't even see my cousins or any relative except my grandfather , my father , my sibling and my uncles and that's it , and about the covered models , yeah that was maybe 5 years ago , now we even have Saudi models who wear just like the western ( no abaya ) , oh and by the way if any women doesn't want to wear abaya she doesn't have to that every single girl you saw wearing abaya that's her full choice , and the women now can drive and it's something legal of course she have to have a license which is becoming more easier , any non-Muslim can't go to mecca and medina it's basically cuz the non-Muslim tried demolition the Kaaba years ago so obviously we don't want that to happen again , we love our traditional culture , Adan is like when the church bell ring , it's a call to pray and every thing shut down so the people go and pray , AND MUSIC IS LEGAL , you don't have to hide it we even have music concerts , Russ , the American rapper or singer or whatever , he wanted to do a concert and the tickets were sold out after 30 MINUTS !!!! , sadly it was canceled but we had music concerts but who did it were arab singers . and that's it . like so he can see it^

I was born is Saudi in Riyadh but I lived basically my entire life in America and something I will say is some of these points are not very true.i moved back to Saudi in 2017 and I've had many experiences with different sides of the country. My parents are thankfully very open about most things that are not. I'm from a small town from my dads side which is Al Qarian. On my moms side which is from shaqra. Those are very religious towns and very stereotypica. But I live in Riyadh which is vey open about most topics. I know both Arabic and English very well (thankfully) and I will say that communication and communicating is very important in Saudi (btw this is no hate towards you and your video I thought it was very good)
