As someone who works part time FOR and IN a coworking space, I can totally recommend an office there for your situation. Even if you're not into the community aspect of it, they usually provide everything you need for you, take care of your mail etc. It's so cool you're looking at offices! I can't believe how much you've grown

I am voting for window, it seriously will make working in there for a long time so much more bearable! It makes a *huge* difference to get some natural light.

I remember watching Death Parade when it first came out and that opening is super catchy, I ended up downloading the whole song (the music video has the same theme as the anime opening). Also Decim is great. Good luck looking for office space. If you're looking to store products there, some of the offices looked too small for that. That free breakfast place is a real winner though.
