As someone who eats avocados as a whole food group on their own I found that they’re ripe not when they’re soft at the top, but when they give slightly when you press the mid-lower part. Almost like a soft grape. The skin would also be a deep green/reddish purple. Another thing for storing avocado halves, place them in a container and fill halfway (to cover the exposed part of the avocado) with water. It’ll be slightly less firm, but still green and delicious. Watching your vlogs I'm always so impressed by how you're able to cook every day, sometimes multiple times a day, from scratch hahaha. I struggle so much getting myself to cook even once a week so it's always so inspiring.
