For the burned pan, you should try Easy Off oven cleaner. Just heat the pan up on the stove, spray it with cleaner, and wait maybe 2-3 mins. The burned on food will wipe right out with a paper towel. You can even use it on the bottom of the pan if there is anything burned on there. Fair warning, the fumes from the cleaner are FOUL and it might be best to spray it while on your balcony if you can. But once I learned this trick I cleaned every pan I own and they all sparkle like new!
I just want to appreciate how much you’ve grown and got comfortable with the camera. Your earlier videos just had subtitles and you kept your face off screen for the majority of the videos. Well when it becomes to bread it get mold easily. Since it air out. Specially when you open close open close. It’s better when you buy a bread put it straight to the fridge. Or freezer. It pauses the bacteria. Make sure your fridge is a bit high temp.

annika. you should actually individually wrapped them in cling film and put it in the freezer. You can keep it for week. Won't have the same quality but no waste. I Normally put my bread in airtight bags and keep in the freezer that also work. I recently learn about this from university

LA always had torrential rains when I was growing up! A couple of times of year it would pour like crazy, we'd get landslides and floods, it was dramatic but normal. But recently it's been so dry because of climate change. So I'm weirdly glad to have it happen again
Usually any bread or pastry that are softer and fluffier than the usual ones contain higher moisture content so they really do mold faster. Sometimes it's the environment. I feel you. I've lost precious bagels like this before 😢
Love your videos!! FYI, cleaning with baking soda and vinegar together does basically nothing. One is an acid and one is a base, so they have their own cleaning uses, but by mixing them it basically makes carbonated water. People recommend it all the time because the fizzing makes it looks like it’s working. For a drain, I’d try boiling water with a LITTLE vinegar and pulling out any hair. If that doesn’t work something like drain-o is best. 😊

All the bread I buy here in the netherlands is only fresh for two days. No preservatives, very little ingredients. When I watched your last video, I assumed you were gonna freeze them!
