Gloss University Behind The Scenes, Wood Wall Project

Gloss University continues to build out the new training center. We have made progress and are now working on building out the set. A big part of our back drop is the wood accent wall, that will cover a large part of the north wall and carry along the back of the building and ride over our cabinets. Lots of work has taken place and we are excited about this accent wall.
We picked up this lumber from a company that restores old barns. These board are perfect because they are in 8 foot sections and will help speed up the assembly the wall. In this video Mattie is using a large torch connected to a propane take to make quick work of burning these boards. We are also thinking about adding a dye to the wood, just not too sure if we like the look.
