I didn’t know u could have the heat on ur hair for that long without damaging it? Also, I think the products you use prolly make a big difference. Hair stylists always have the top notch products that most of us can’t afford lol.

One thing that really holds my thin hair as well as my sisters is the Kendra thermal styling spray 19. It’s $18 at ulta and works wonders
