OP, are you running this in 4k? I run everything on ultra at 1080p, but I always notice how bad the fire looks in the game. But that burning tank looks amazing in your video... So I'm assuming the fire just looks way better in 4k. Specs?
Carlod427 you cant be serious... wow this game looks good running on anything. It may be that the hud is off so the only distraction for the eyes are the games visuals. Thanks for reply.

I'm playing this on Xbox one and I think the native resolution is 1080p if I'm not mistaken
