Mazda PRC solenoid OBD II P1250 fix (ZM/FP/FS-engines)

Tools & operation of part shown together with my 3-month adventure into unknown. It worked out after all.
Mazda ZM/FP/FS engines are found in: 323/Protege 1.8/Protege 2.0/ Protege5/Lantis/Allegro/ Astina/ Etude/MazdaSpeed/ Familia Neo/ Demio/Verisa/ Axela, Nissan Wingroad/Sunny, Ford Activa/ Tierra/Laser/Lynx/ Lio Ho, Kia Carens, Haima Family
(mostly 1997 - 2003 in North America, still being made in Taiwan, China, Columbia)
Good solenoids have a resistance in the 22-26-ohm range, not over 40 Ohm due to the wire`s insulation breaking down.
