Maybe this is a great design in some way that I can't see, but every bit of my intuition is telling me that this design is terrible and you should definitely not hold a baby while using it. Tiny wheels, no backrest, feet unable to stabilize you due to being busy driving, awkward sitting position, no arm rests, easy to fall off of... it looks like a good way to kill some people, especially babies.
