New York Doctor Spots Cancer on Woman During HGTV Appearance

- Nicole McGuiness dreamed about buying a house on the beach. To make her house hunting even more exciting, she appeared on the HGTV show ‘Beach Front Bargain Hunt.’ She was celebrating successful treatment for brain cancer by buying a beach house in South Carolina. But when Dr. Erich Voigt was watching the show at his home on Long Island, he saw a small but noticeable lump on her throat. He used social media to track down Nicole, and, sure enough, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. #InsideEdition

I had a shocking, "You saved my life" moment around the year 2000.
I lost my leg when I was 3 years old and graduated high school in 1988. I moved out of my home town about that time, but I was stilling living in the same county in the year 2000 when I was 30.
I was in my old home town when I got behind a woman who also had a fake leg. I wasn't going to say anything, but she turned around and asked if I had gone to that school in 1987 and 1988. I said I had and she said, "Wow, you literally saved my life."
As far as I knew I'd never met this woman. I'm pretty sure I would have known if another amputee was at my school. But then she wasn't an amputee when she was in high school. She was a couple of years behind my in school, so we didn't have any classes together, but as I sometimes had to attend classes without my leg she had seen me around and she had been impressed with how well I got around.
When she was 19 she was in a bad car accident and woke up in the hospital her leg was already gone.
At first she was utterly devastated, but then she remember me, and how well I got around. She said then she knew she would be okay.
It blows my mind to think that I could have had such an effect on someone I'd never even met.
Bless your souls!
God bless you man! your positive outlook reaches far!

I went to see 3 doctors, and only one of them notice that there was a high possibility of cancer. I didn’t expect cancer till a week before I went to the doctors for the second time and eight days before I went for the third time. I looked up my symptoms on WebMD, it said I had liver cancer(not exactly) but I dismissed it for the account of it not being accurate most of the time. Now THAT is what a REAL doctor is!
His main priority is to HELP people by all means necessary.
Two of my brothers died of cancer. One of them had blood on his urine one day to find out he already got stage 3 cancer. This woman is lucky.
Because of serene hesri I knew she had cancer the moment I saw her photo. So thank you beautiful for sharing and teaching us about your experience of having cancer
Im a tattoo artist from baltimore a few yrs ago i was talking to my neighbor ken and noticed a spot that resembled melanoma on his left arm
he referred to it as a birth mark,
I told him to go to the doctor because it had all three C's,so he went to an oncologist and had it removed/biopsied sure enough it was stage 3 skin cancer
I saved his life
It just started metastisizing
Three Cs?
3 C's?
let us know, we want to know
color, charachteristics, and cancer history of course I'm no doctor so I can't diagnose
but he did send me an Xmas card this year
Caucasian people have a higher risk of melanoma

I like how the doctor was crying tears of joy in the end. He really was genuinely happy he could help. Damn...
It's wonderful that he spoke up.
I'm just shocked that she didn't notice she had such a big lump on her neck before.

Wow this scares me I have a lump on each side of my neck and I know It has something to do with my thyroid I'm just to scared to find out
Jojo Lynn please go to the doctor. It might not be too serious but there is always a chance. Do it now so that if it Is serious it can be treated. God bless
Jojo Lynn ..Wow..My sons sometime gets bigger than usual,I had him checked out because of stories I heard about swollen lymphnoids ,Dr said he was ok..
Don't be afraid,You want to have that peace of mind, instead of worrying yourself with not knowing..You will be ok..God bless
A lump on each side of your neck is probably not cancer, there's a million other things that can cause a little swelling. And if it is something serious, you'll have caught it early. Medical technology has come so far, you'll be just fine. Get it checked and put your worries to rest.
Yes, go to the doctor. Just get it checked, its probably nothing. But please get it checked.
Dimples??😵
