A good of attorney would have told you not to change the court date and filed a motion with the court to drop the case because they didn't provide the footage within the required time.
If your attorney were good, he would have kept you in the loop about rescheduling the court date or not. If your attorney were good, he would have gotten the case dismissed based on the evidence that you claim would clear you.
