That m140/35i kept up well! Partially thanks to a few yellows making up for the power difference but also seemed to handle nicely! M2 is bonkers though!
Their ZTR tyre is quite well known in the UK trackday scene for being a particularly good track tyre. Don’t be too surprised, it’s similar to when people started running Nankangs and everyone thought they weren’t going to be good - now most people think they’re great.

MRF is Madras Rubber Factory and Indian Tyre brand....It makes Passenger car tyres as well as Track as well as rally car tyres...They come as factory options on car manufacturers and i have used them a lot and comfortably call them poor quality...
Bad Luck with the traffic and yellow,s .... but was great to see how the owner,s focus was on the potential gaps and which line he was also calculating ,,, the man doesn´t " just own " an expensive toy , he know´s how to use it himself too
Nice car glad you kept it all safe during oil downs and amateur hour! Like you said Misha, seems a bit too firm on the springs and needed a bit more damping. Suspension wasn't quite compliant enough. Epic horsepower!
that M2 seems to be a proper missile: cautious last corner exit but still 240 kph at the bridge, wow. what a messy day on the track it seemed to be... such a shame considering the lovely toy you had :)
Lucky the E46 didn’t let you get around. As fast as the M2 is that car would have hit you on the side. Probably has tunnel vision and not using his mirrors while on track.
Suspension and tires, car looks nervous. That 190 Cosworth, so nice. The SLK was in a world of it's own cutting off like that, if the E46M3 didn't had a run off there, that would have been it.
@mgcharoudin Is it just me or did this M2 had a very very stiff suspension? So to speak „way too stiff“?! It looked like this, especially when you see how much the GoPro for the back view moved in certain passages of the track. Hé, heb je eindelijk een werkende snelle auto, is het chaos op de Nordschleife. Misschien moeten de TFers tegen zichzelf beschermd worden door een maximum snelheid van 150KM/H, iedereen die sneller wil is dan aangewezen op Trackdays of een race klasse.
It makes me wonder why people do this: Buy a car, have it tuned by a tuner and then let a race driver take it round the track. In the end they haven't learned to build a racecar, they haven't learned to drive a racecar, they probably cannot maintain it themselves. Where's the achievement?

This car is bonkers fast. 250 on the uphill and could probably have reached 260 without traffic is no joke.
