I love sets like these that are designed to cater to more advanced builders, with actually a fair amount of detail to everything , using interesting, innovative techniques.
i don't know why, but it would be cool for lego to just like release a treasure set, which would include several bricks that have in the past been used to represent treasure. -Like just have the set be on a 16x16 baseplate. -then have 2 or 3 nr 4279446 mountain bottom pieces at the sides, then just have like some 30150 crates, 2489 lego barrels and 4738ac01 treasure chests. -and then just fill that area up with lego parts like: -all jewel pieces (each)in different colors(yellow, orange, green, red, blue, purple and transparant/white and maybe also pink, purple,...ect.... -gold 1x1 round studs -golden flat 1x1 round studs -regular transparant 1x1 round studs in all kinds of colors -lego rock crystals in all kind of colors including gold and silver -several lego coins -at least 5 metallic gold bars -at meast 5 metallic silver bars -a few gold cone tips -a few golden cups -a golden or silver goblet -and maybe a few golden swords or knifes or teeth parts add then just a skeleton minifig and one like pirate minifigure, make some of the treasure a bit posed on tables or in open crates and such maybe and i honestly would buy that set.
Lena Rilling it would be really cool, like 2 criminals going down that ventilation (i'll call that this way) and breaking in the bank, and escaping the cops after... it would be soooo cool
You can always see LEGO as an investment, even if you unpack it. Wait 6-7 years and you‘ll at least the price of the new set when it was officially available
That little thing with the laundry machines being connected directly to the vault made me chuckle. This is a pretty great set, they put a ton of love into this one.
I am in love with the attention to detail that this set has. The color scheme being more subdued given the subject matter only makes me appreciate it more. Thank you very much once again Jang for sharing another video with us! I hope to get this set soon for my own little city diorama.
Lego modulars I want to be made: Post office Police station A legit hotel (not café corner) Pizza place with apartment Ice cream place with apartment Arcade/ video store Apartment place with elevator
I'd love a police station, but since I'll be putting a fair few modular pieces in my Gotham I'd kinda prefer a GCPD set (which I'm frankly shocked they haven't done yet!) Arcade though, that'd be a hell yes instant purchase.
i need another grocery store and big shopping store. i missed out on those along with cafe corner. i am meh on a police station (people could actually make their own modular police station fairly easily due to all the city sets). they do those so much in lego city that that's kind of boring to me personally. the rest sounds good.
I just love how the modular buildings try to use new and unique techniques and pieces! It keeps it from being, well, a president business kind of style!
Brick Bank is the reason I fell in love with the modular line. The design is absolutely gorgeous. The only one that looks more impressive is the Downtown Diner.
Finally! Another awesome set which has details outside AND inside! Of course, as Jang said, Parisian restourant and Detective's office are ones of those kinds too.
Wow. LEGO really did it this time. The amount of detail in this set is awesome. The play features are really great as well. The fact that LEGO used no stickers (from what I saw) was new. The detail with the floor in the bank and the bricks and statue on the outside was well done. The vault was a nice touch as it actually works. The color scheme was unlike any I've seen LEGO do. Sand green and sand blue work so well together. I think the price was high and the price per part was low. I wish they would have given the minifigures faces other than the classic smiley face. I would definitely buy it if it weren't $170. Overall, in my opinion this is LEGO's best modular building yet.
At the end of your modular reviews, you should show the building you're reviewing next to some other buildings. It would be nice to see what it looks like next to some other of your Lego buildings. Other than that, this is an awesome review video! +JANGBRiCKS
A definite buy for me. I really enjoy the modulars in the Creator theme. The detail and decor are fun to build and view. I think some AFOL's find the story line annoying however I think its great and clever. Someone at Lego has a sense of humour and you see it come through now and again. Thanks JANGBRiCKS for the review as always!
Nice set and you already have it;) I want to get it as soon as it comes in stores. Nice review. By the way I have got Rey buildable figure today! Awesome!
I think it would be awesome if there was a future set that included a suspended window-cleaning cart thing on one of the walls! The detail and presentation of these sets is unbelievable and they're such a joy to build!
This set looks great. I think the play value/story makes more realistic sense than the Detective's Office since the characters are robbing a bank instead of smuggling cookies. Glad to see that everything is printed. This is a day 1 purchase for sure. Thanks for the review!
This is my favourite set. Now i have it all built up in front of me, i appreciate the build more than i thought i would. Before i got it, it was literally my dream set and when i got it, i love it even more! If you havent got this set, i definately recommend getting it, the price is pretty high, but i would say its well worth it. The time it takes to build this thing is... well... i cant really say that it will take the same amount of time for you to build it as it took me, because i am a really slow builder. But even with that disadvantage, it didnt take me that long to build. Im sorry that this is a really long comment, but what can i say, i like talking about lego. 😥 damn that took ages to write hahaha
Not sure if anyone else already pointed this out, but the large check is signed by M. Bags as in "Money Bags". My wife and I thought that was nice, subtle touch. This set rocks!
City Builders' idea: Have this set at the edge of a modular road, and place the detectives office on the side with the laundromat. After that, place progressively smaller non modular buildings. That way, the transition from modular sets to normal ones will look more natural. (since the Detectives office and this set have two buildings in one lot.) c:
Personally, I would not recommend that as both of those modulars are corners. You might find that a regular non-corner building would look much better in your city/ collection. (I own the Grand Emporium and the Detectives Office.)
+Jack Welter very true it'll be weird connecting 2 corner builds u should get the pet shop one of the best and its gonna retire soon u can wait a lot more years for the bank
+Jack Welter Agreed. It can look really odd if you do that, so perhaps get a normal one instead (I own Palace Cinema, Detective's Office and Parisian Resturaunt)
While most people in Anchorage were celebrating New Year I managed to get home in time to order The Brick Bank. Alaska is four hours behing the East Coast and it came out about 9:00 P.M for me. I hope it lives up to expectations and I hope it goes well with my other mlodulars "The Green Grocer, The Grand Emporium, The Pet Shop, The Detective Office, Palace Cinema, and the Parisian Restaurant" I mainly do Star Wars reviews but I may upload a video of all seven of them together for my channel.
Thanks for another excellent review! I really like the enhanced realism of this modular as compared to it's predecessors. I may borrow some ideas from it for my city.
Make him grab the chandelier with on hand and the other behind him, then have his legs folded up like he's waiting. With his head turned. I think it's cool
Thanks for watching! I hope I showed everything y'all wanted to see :)
+JANGBRiCKS you always do!
+JANGBRiCKS hello
+JANGBRiCKS You have the best Brick-based channel on RUclips
super awsoam
+JANGBRiCKS That goes about saying by now!
Can we see the rest of the new city sets whenever you can get them?
Great review!
Jang and sand green: An everlasting love.
I think this set is...Awesome😊
I like it better than the rest, I think the details look better.
I only have one thing to say: Assembly Square!
Pandis Pandus you should have said pawsom
brick bank + lego police sets = INTENSE REPEATED ROBBERY!
11:41 oh hey look, vibranium
Wakanda Forevah
I love sets like these that are designed to cater to more advanced builders, with actually a fair amount of detail to everything , using interesting, innovative techniques.
Have this set got it for christmas i love it i am soon getting the detectives office for my second modular building
i don't know why, but it would be cool for lego to just like release a treasure set, which would include several bricks that have in the past been used to represent treasure.

-all jewel pieces (each)in different colors(yellow, orange, green, red, blue, purple and transparant/white and maybe also pink, purple,...ect....
-gold 1x1 round studs
-golden flat 1x1 round studs
-regular transparant 1x1 round studs in all kinds of colors
-lego rock crystals in all kind of colors including gold and silver
-several lego coins
-at least 5 metallic gold bars
-at meast 5 metallic silver bars
-a few gold cone tips
-a few golden cups
-a golden or silver goblet
-and maybe a few golden swords or knifes or teeth parts
add then just a skeleton minifig and one like pirate minifigure, make some of the treasure a bit posed on tables or in open crates and such maybe and i honestly would buy that set.
Wow I dont like the shrinking modulars
Actually, this one has the third or second most amount of pieces as of 2016
perfect modular building for simulating bank robberies...fun for superheroes and city police officers...☺
+Laurent Huor yeah, when he was showing the floor i imaginated an special OP going down it and robbing the money
+Giovani Barcarolo
me to think aboout it, a robery stop motion film with this set?
soooooooooooooooo awsome!!!!!
Lena Rilling it would be really cool, like 2 criminals going down that ventilation (i'll call that this way) and breaking in the bank, and escaping the cops after... it would be soooo cool
yea it wuld
+Giovani Barcarolo you could add some superheroes
You have convinced me to get this, rip my wallet
Gabriel de la Peña Edgar rip your life, it’s retired ;(
lol
You can always see LEGO as an investment, even if you unpack it. Wait 6-7 years and you‘ll at least the price of the new set when it was officially available
Ah so that's how ghost washes his money in POWER, lol.
Lego really is the greatest toy ever. So many possibilities.
This is a great set Jang.
I bet that LEGO detergent container has some delicious minifig-scaled Tide Pods in it... yum
I watched this like 20 times.....
IM GOING TO WATCH IT AGAIN I LOVE THIS SET AND JANG
That little thing with the laundry machines being connected directly to the vault made me chuckle. This is a pretty great set, they put a ton of love into this one.

Lego modulars I want to be made:
Post office
Police station
A legit hotel (not café corner)
Pizza place with apartment
Ice cream place with apartment
Arcade/ video store
Apartment place with elevator
Ive been thinking about an arcade! I designed and arcade modular building in the Lego Digital Designer program
I'd love a police station, but since I'll be putting a fair few modular pieces in my Gotham I'd kinda prefer a GCPD set (which I'm frankly shocked they haven't done yet!)
Arcade though, that'd be a hell yes instant purchase.

LOL not cafe corner
I think it would be amazing if they did a public library.
The minifigs got great head designs
This is absolutely my favourite creator set from lego. I really like how they have done the details. Keep up the good work!
I just love how the modular buildings try to use new and unique techniques and pieces! It keeps it from being, well, a president business kind of style!
Your reviews are SPECTACULAR. I have a dumb grin plastered on my face while watching all of these videos!
Who else loves the fact that they made the faces of them so original?
Me!
Oliver Nichol Market Street didn’t have the normal smiley
We find the grey very subtle, something you would actually see in real life. The little details in this kit are great.
Brick Bank is the reason I fell in love with the modular line. The design is absolutely gorgeous. The only one that looks more impressive is the Downtown Diner.

Every time I watch one of your videos, I rush online to get the set. They just look like so much fun when you introduce them.
Wow the chimney and momey laundrying is so impressive. Such a cool set design.
That lady with the big check reminds me of an episode of Parks and Rec. This is probably one of my favorite modular buildings.
Nice set and you already have it;) I want to get it as soon as it comes in stores. Nice review. By the way I have got Rey buildable figure today! Awesome!
I want this set
I wish I was you
Русский!
Very good review! I love the camera angles and the smooth motion the camera made as it moved around the set! I may have to pick this set up!
Those square clear 1x1 bricks used as lights on the exterior are just 👌🏻.
Lego has come so far since I last was into it. The memories are striking. I really want all the new pieces yet prices are too much.
I love this set! So many simple yet spot on building techniques - can't wait to get one and build it! :)
I really like all the special features/secret builds its really awesome.
and mostly the beautiful details with so many things
I think it would be awesome if there was a future set that included a suspended window-cleaning cart thing on one of the walls! The detail and presentation of these sets is unbelievable and they're such a joy to build!

What's in the cookies though?:-)
I never thought of that. That certainly puts a whole new perspective on it.
Wow, that is insanely intricate. Amazing little details in every facet of the set! Huge kudos to whoever designed that; I'm sure it's their "Ulysses".
This is my favourite set. Now i have it all built up in front of me, i appreciate the build more than i thought i would. i've always loved the classic face prints there just so original
I bought this on Thursday and it's coming today, so excited
I like that this set lets you launder money. Literally.
**smh**
This is one of the most beautiful lego sets ive ever seen!
Wow the use of shields as the floor is very creative!
Very good detail in this set. Want to buy it now!
All the minifigures are staring into my soul.
AndrOoOo ikr
I seriously LOVE this set. I HAVE to buy this set!!😝
Wow, I did not think this set would be THAT impressive but it certainly is! I love the HUGE check! Maybe lego will release it a day early? I hope!
I would have loved this as a kid, always been obsessed with bank robbery scenarios haha!
I feel like this set would pair up nicely with the Detective's Office to make a LEGO film noir or "Chinatown" setup. This is a must buy for me!
I was doubting if I’d get this set but after the review I have changed my mind!
Best modular by far
Ricardo Oliva there are not
I've been waiting for this set for a long time! Thank you jang for a great review as always.
Wow this set looks awesome! Unfortunately it comes out right before Christmas, lol
+MrBigBeefChief Well, the brick bank will be available the 1st of january 2016, which is after christmas for most people
+Beklo100 26 december//boxing day for us.(UK) not sure about other countries
+Just a generic Gamer Canada too
Winterstorm345 i thought lego were in to make money, they should have put it up around 20th dec
+Beklo100 in Russia and other regions Christmas is celebrated three weeks later.
i wish i had money for these sorts of sets. They are truly marvels of design
Your dang vids are the best they give me inspiration and then I can make my mind if I want to get it or not
I really needed to see the detail of this set, thanks Jang!
If I were to get any of the highly detailed Creator sets, I'd get this. It has so much to offer!
I like this classic outline, hence it was my first building of this line I bought.
Another awesome review. Can't wait to get this set really like the colours and the building techniques used in it.
I love how they went with a sort of interwar style buildings for these.
Can't wait to get this set, those sand green windows will come in handy!!
Just bought it yesterday, gonna be in tomorrow. Second modular set, so excited
What was your first?
Going out to the Lego Store the first of next month, can't wait to add this to my modular collection!
Not sure if anyone else already pointed this out, but the large check is signed by M. Bags as in "Money Bags". My wife and I thought that was nice, subtle touch. This set rocks!
This set looks really cool and fun! I like and want it a lot!
City Builders' idea:

Oh, man, I'm so excited for this to go live on LEGO! :D
I love this set. LOVE IT. Gonna get this as my 3rd modular, I have the pet shot and detectives office. Gonna look great in my city
I'm going to buy this set as my 2nd modular building. (I also have the palace cinema)
I have 4 modular
Only the corner buildings, I guess :)
Personally, I would not recommend that as both of those modulars are corners. You might find that a regular non-corner building would look much better in your city/ collection. (I own the Grand Emporium and the Detectives Office.)

Exceellent video, Glad there was this seeing as LEGO have no designer Video this year.
Thank You Jang for this Video. I love alle your lego films. Love from Germany
Alle, cute :)
What's Alle? You mean all? No, I think you mean Alle.
I guess you can say it was a money "laundrying" scheme
badumtssss
I don't wanna be that guy, but:
*laundering
You can use the detectives office so the detective can salve the case in the brick bank. Pretty cool that you can use two sets to make a story.
great idea, buddy. the case of the missing maltese falcon. dun dun dun. lol
+LibertyPrime1982 I understood that reference
I can’t wait for Christmas. I’m getting this set for Christmas. I’m gonna have a lego payday robbery.
I loved the bankers stamp too cute and I think the chandler would look cool in your gem store if you don't have something there already awesome work
this is my favourite creator set
Looks like a pretty good set.
This is one of the buildings that I want and it looks so great!!!!
I thought the OPEN sign in the laundry would be a sperate piece we could use on other things. I still love it and intend to orerr it though.
While most people in Anchorage were celebrating New Year I managed to get home in time to order The Brick Bank. Alaska is four hours behing the East Coast and it came out about 9:00 P.M for me. I love the fact that it's thought for bank robbery scenarios
Getting this and assembly square very soon! I'm hyped!
i like how you show the details of the set on the ride side at the beginning of the vid
I need this in my life.
Very Nice bank building, and very clear and good explenation
i added the atm from set 7279 in the lobby and replaced the typewirter with a computer
I am getting this set for Christmas-so excited!
Thanks for another excellent review! I really like the enhanced realism of this modular as compared to it's predecessors. I may borrow some ideas from it for my city.
First in depth video I've seen on this. Surprised there hasnt been a desssigner vid yet
FINALLY!
I've been waiting for a bank!
I got this for Christmas and i still have not build it yet
Im watching this thinking, “How could I insert batman in this?”
Make him grab the chandelier with on hand and the other behind him, then have his legs folded up like he's waiting. With his head turned. I think it's cool
Whoever designed this is a genius
Can you make a video were you put all the modular builds together, so we can see like how that will look
I'm waiting for when we get too make our own store
its called lego ideas
I want this set now to accompany my Lego Marvel Superheroes so I can create some cool scenes and circumstances! The chimney appeals to me greatly.
I think it looks better than the detective office. There's a sense of realism in this.
