- “Extra’s” Melvin Robert sits down with Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s estranged husband Ryan Scott Anderson to talk about their split, which viewers will see play out on “Gypsy Rose Blanchard: Life After Lockup.” Ryan reveals that he hasn’t seen Gypsy since they had “a disagreement” and she left, though they have communicated. He says he is “in shellshock mode” over how fast things happened with their divorce and her rekindling with ex Ken Urker. If she watches the show and is able to see how her step mom krusty sabotaged her marriage, has the common sense to acknowledge ken didn't want her at her lowest therefore didn't deserve her at her best and she still went with him... there's no hope for her. You’re right about that. I just don’t think she really knows what caring about someone is. She’s made a real survivor of mbs stop her account because of all the attacks she’s gotten on tic toc. This real survivor has been an advocate for victims before Gypsy was let out of prison. Also Nick said he only stabbed her mother 4 times and cut once. Her mother was stabbed 17 times. He’s autistic and I know autism people don’t go around lying. I have a son that is on the spectrum, and he’s the only one of my children I knew wasn’t lying. They’re so gullible because they’re so honest. When my 2 other kids was saying “I don’t feel like going to school, I’m sick” I knew I had to be cautious of that. But when my autism son said he was sick, I knew he was. I feel so bad for Ryan, because she just used him. If she was a victim, I don’t see her doing bad to others, especially someone she’s supposedly in love with.

I strongly suspect he knows that all too well, he just doesn't quite have the level of anger yet, to give him the balls to not care and just come out and say it... "Yeah, I was clearly manipulated for the constant stream of commisary money, rumoured to be in the tens of thousands of dollars, for his permanent address so Gypseys parole officer would be satisfied with it, he was used as her personal safety blanket so she's not alone when leaving prison and has someone to defend her on the outs, and to provide the illusion of a secure, stable footing to reassure the relevant authorities, particularly her parole officer, when granting her dual state parole officers, one in each state she's been granted permission to live in that isn't even the state she was charged and subsequently prosecuted in, a first time I've ever seen that anyway. She's been afforded so much more than the average individual leaving federal prison anyway, renowned for their exceptionally strict rules following your release from incarcertion.

In many ways, he still is with the new season, Gyp in his ear, and still having to go through the divorce process.

Kristy (who came up with "MunchausenBP") replaced DD as her new biz manager, and the gravy train keeps moving. She's now worth $3 million.

I believe she has zero empathy, is definitely a narcissist with a severe form of multiple personality disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar, and is on the spectrum. I see many, many other psychological disorders in her . Hence, from a medical perspective she needs a vast amount of therapy and expert psychiatric & psychological evaluations and treatment . Gypsy should not be in any relationship, especially not marriage. If she has the chance to hurt, or unalive someone again , she definitely would in a heartbeat. I wouldn’t trust Gypsy with a fisher-price plastic knife or any utensils from a child’s play kitchen .

Yes just came here to say this! I read her book and its crazy thats someone proof read that for her like a manager and allowed to put the book out. The whole book is basically lies. And the lifetime show and what she has said in interviews totally contradict what the book says! I dont really like Ryan either but at least he is being much more respectful. I think Ryan is proving the theories presented in a video I just reacted to on my channel. He's so in shock and denial that the woman whom he formed his identity around never loved him, he's lying to himself that there's still love and hope. Ryan.... She does not love you, did not love you, cannot love you, will not love you. I really wish he would see this ... People can be master manipulators but his insecurities and pride keep him from accepting that.
I think he's doing this to save face because he's embarrassed. If he really loved her he probably wouldn't be on tv talking about their relationship, despite her doing the same (we know she didn't love him, either). What I hear is this: I was lonely and desperate and I was also obsessed with Gypsy Rose so I sent her a letter in a non stalkerish way and then when she got back to me I jumped. NO REAL connection, no REAL relationship building, NO TRAUMA support for a person that was THERE when her mom was STABBED multiple times, that does not matter, never comes up.

In the beginning. I felt sympathetic towards Gypsy. Now not show much. She has shown in the public eye she is manipulative. She manipulated Nick. She manipulated Ryan. She has bullied another survivor off TikTok. Not letting her share her story and reporting her videos. She has inherited the ability to manipulate and being deceitful from her mother. Ryan is a nice guy and hopefully he finds his happiness but I won’t be in Gypsy

Has anyone ever thought that the marriage while locked up was felt one way and the marriage outside was felt another way? She probably did love him, but prison marriage vs real life outside of prison marriage probably made her uncomfortable.
It happens with 9.8 out of 10 people when they get out of prison. It rarely works out and the inmates are always regretting their decisions to be with the person on the outside
He seemed controlling from the beginning. Maybe that's just me.🙄 She's lived that life. It's okay to walk away from that.

I know a lot of people will like my comment but the thing is gypsy rose should have never gotten out of jail, I know at the end she was victim herself but she was much at fault for killing her mom it was her idea. She manipulated the ex boyfriend to murder the mom, Her ex boyfriend has a disability and is now behind bars for life I feel bad him. The funny thing is she is not able to improve her life and reflect and not top of that she has her own show. She needs to realize her mistake and own up to it. She shouldn’t have gotten her own show. What exactly wasn't she ready for? I don't think you're giving her enough credit. She was nearly 24 when she was running scams and stealing with her mom. Heck, she was around 23 when she stole the knife that she manipulated a very vulnerable 26 yo (with the mental age of 15/16 according to his now late mother) to end her mom's life with. They could have left w/o harming her mom. SHE had plenty of times to leave w/o harming her mom.
If you haven't watched Becca Scoops videos, the full interrogations of Gypsy, Nick, Nick's mom & step-dad, I really suggest it. It's very eye-opening and especially if her docuseries prior to her getting out of prison swayed you to have sympathy or compassion for her.
Someone who really felt he loved her is likely going to die in prison for her freedom.
