A pure vegetarian diet abstains from all kinds of meat (red meat, poultry, seafood, and the flesh of any other animal), and also includes abstention from by-products of animal slaughter. Like a lacto-vegetarian diet, it includes dairy products but NOT eggs.

Mutton biryani is an aromatic rice dish made with layers of tender mutton pieces (or goat meat), fragrant basmati rice, deep fried onions and aromatic indian spices.

The pudding you tried was prepared from Tapiocca balls called "Sabudana". Usually flavored with cardamom, Saffron and garnished with toasted cashews, almonds and raisins/ sultanas.

After sprinkling water, Always wipe the banana leaf gently along it's ridges (lines), not across. This way the leaf will not tear.
If it does tear off, you could always request for a new leaf. They will provide it.

Try different types of food rather than trying same food every time, you have Kerala sadhya, Andhra Bhojam, Tamil food, and off Karnataka food they are quite different from one another... And you can get every type of food in Bangalore because there's a lot Telugu- Tamil in Bangalore
And also don't eat curries by themselves, Most of the curries are meant to eaten with something so that the spiciness can be adjusted when eaten with rice or chapathi, that's the reason they taste spicy when eaten on their own

So understand the language used in the place you are in. Every information and help is there in your finger tips. Use google translater to translate and use youtube to know about things you dont know. Everything available in youtube.

Sambar curry is the main thing for sadhya. And this guys never touched it. And saying wow the food is amazing. If you are doing something, do it the proper way. Weirdos.

@@KayandGogo not everything in the meals are not curry's. Mainly sambar is the curry. Sometimes in some place there will be moru curry also, if its not sadhya, then you'll get fish curry also. Rest of the items a side dishes. And no need to add lot of curry. Find your ratio of curry to mix with rice. Its also applicable for side dishes also. Only use your prefered ratio of side dishes. Always crush pappadam to rice anf curry. Thats the way of using pappadam. Chammandhi (the one you said chuttney is actually chammandhi. Chuttney is a gravy form like cmmandhi)and pickles is kind of touchings only. Some pickle are sweet. There will be upperi (kind of salads but cooked in oil). Paayasam is the sweat thing you tried at the last. Its not pudding. Pudding will be in jelly type form. Eating with hand is almost good. But dont try to eat with to hands. We dont use two hands to eat. We only use one hand. Try porotta and beef from a good restaurant. Its taste good. Try to find where you get soft and layered porotta and good beef curry, roast or fry. Dont beef in north india. I dont know which places are safe to eat beef in north. But in south india people eat beefs. Especially in kerala state. We eat every type of meats. No issue. Anti beef is some blind toxic hindu believers shits.

It's pretty much in paper cups nowadays anywhere outside.. not because of hygiene alone, but because they don't find people to wash them and water scarcity..

Why you are not using curry to mix with rice. And why are you dipping pappadam in side dish and eating alone. Pappadam is used to mix with rice and curry. Atleast do a research on youtube, how peopke eats sadhya. So weird of eating sandhya. If you dont know about something that you are doing. Just quick check on youtube. Everything availableon youtube dont be weired. Rice not eat as dry. The curry given to you is to mix with rice. Not like a dipp
