Nice project, A few years ago I read somewhere that every woodworker or carpenter should make a few chairs at some stage, even if it’s just for the challenge and the experience! Nice work!
I might need to give my horizontal slot mortiser a second chance. For some reason I never thought it could cut tenons. Picked it up for a good price so never used it much!
nice work! i also liked the still shots at the end... have you ever been to British Columbia, or did you just get the t shirt somewhere? looking forward to seeing your other videos
I really enjoyed watching you video. Not only am I impreddes with the chairs and how they turned out. But I also like you video editing. Right amount of music and voice over, interesting but not to rapid cuts. One thing: it is your video, do what ever you want - but I would not convert. It bloads the video and you build a chair, that it not exactly rocket science. Who has seen a chair get an idea of the dimensions from the first glance. Who wants to copy the design has to sit down with a pen and write down the number. When really building it, it takes hours for one chair. So 5 minutes to convert some measurements once is to much?
I am really glad you enjoyed my video! You are right, whoever wants to build something will convert the dimensions. My idea is that whenever someone says 5cm of something, I make a rough image of that dimension in my head, and I get a better sense of what is happening. I suppose that whoever watches my video and uses imperial will get a beter image of what I am doing when converting. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for waching!
So 4cm (~ 1 and 9/16+") which is roughly 1 and 1/2" bald eagles. Ouch that took me a bit to understand you were using slang for the system name rather than a unit of measure derived from the typical body propotions of the bird. I can be slow at times. It probably takes me a couple of hours to watch 60 minutes. Good looking chair so far. I see them in my future project list.

Very nice. Love the clean, simple lines. The finish is excellent.
Thank you! I appreciate it!
The design choice to expose the joints is A1. Nice work
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Simple lines and finish excelent
Very nice design, and an excellent build video. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you very much! I am glad you like it!
2 very nice chairs like the choice of joints 👍
Glad you like them!
Very nice work in an authentic shop. Good job!
Thank you very much!
I really enjoyed watching this video! thank you for sharing your build and your thoughts! blessings!
Thank you! I appreciate your comment!
Nice project, A few years ago I read somewhere that every woodworker or carpenter should make a few chairs at some stage, even if it’s just for the challenge and the experience! Nice work!
Thank you! That is a great point!
Thank you!
Very well done, really enjoyed the video! 👍
Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed it!
Great job! For a first go, I think you did very well. I have not yet attempted a chair. Made a few tables though......
Thank you very much! Give it a go, making chairs improve your woodworking skills.

fun video and beautiful design!
Thank you very much!
First time viewer from the U.S. One and a half bald eagles? Subscribed! Love the chair, too.
Thank you for subscribing! I used it as a slang for inches.
I am glad you like the chairs!
Very good job, colleague!
I apreciate it brother!
lovely work, thanks for the video
Thank you!
Good job Bravo !
Thank you!
Your chairs are just beautiful! I cannot believe this is your first try. I have subscribed and will follow you on your journey.
Thank you so much! Welcome aboard!🫡
Nice work! I think your planer blades will last longer if you do not put bark through them. Bark has dirt and grit in it which quickly dulls them.
Thank you! I know, I was too lazy to clean that bark, and this will cost me when I resharpen them.
Nice work for 1st time
Thank you!
Nice work sir 👏👏
Thank you sir!
very nice job congratulation
Thank you so much 😀
Nicely done!
Thank you!
Great work 👍
Thank you!
Impressive. Where did you get the chair plans? Thank you for your work and the video.
They are not made with plans. I've been inspired by different RUclips chair builds and I came up with my idea eventually.
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Great job. Thanks!
I appreciate it!
First time viewer, subbed.
Awesome, thank you!
Me too!
Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Bravo
Thank you!
bravo:)

I am glad you liked it! I bought the shirt a long time ago but who knows, maybe someday I'll visit British Colombia.
Thanks!
Hello everyone congratulations ❤🎉
Thank you!
show ! 👏👏👏💪👍
Great work. Which wood did you use? Chestnut?
I am glad you like my work! I've used ash.
Hello, can you make an overview of your cnc machine
Hello, yes I will do an overview on a future video!
Thanks for watching!

@@MadebyNiclas Good luck and be healthy!
What is that horizontal router thing??? I need one!
Panto router
I am glad you asked. It's a CNC spindle which I mounted on an old Kity 652 mortising machine. It's not the best combination but it helps a lot.
I wished! That would have been far better than this thing I put together.
Did you make these chairs out of pine?
No. I made them out of Ash!
Thanks!
Just wanted to say liked the video and was really shocked caused the wood looked like pine
Who sell the templates ????
I made the template from plywood.
Excellent 🙏🙏🙏👌
Thanks!
It's a CNC spindle mounted on an old mortising machine. It's not that great but it's fast at making slots.
❤

Oh, ok! I'll make sure to use "Big Macs" next time.
I am joking, of course😂

Interesting, I didn't know that. This means I used the slang wrong.🤦🏻😂
Thank you for the info!

very nice. I like do it. at [5.56]

Do NOT convert measurements to imperial for us Americans. We need to adopt metric, and watching you work helps us visualize in metric.
Nope we Americans don’t need your opinion either
@coreywalker2656 wow, so hostile. You really love your imperial that much?
I think it's a win-win for both. I get to learn better the imperial system while you learn better the metric.
No but I have charts everywhere the guy can go what he’s comfortable with im as American as the next and people choose their own path the guy wants to do it in Hebrew then go for it I’ll figure out the conversion
Imerial measurements are far superior for woodworking.
Sorry, I don't have plans for these.
ok thanks my friend @MadebyNiclas
