another chain tensioner put on in the "stretch the chain out position" The pully is supposed to push the chain up to keep it tight around the rear cog. No big deal, electric guys get that wrong 99.999 percent of the time. Awesome video!
Nice! I plan to up grade to a 12000 motor next year. The 5000w I'm running topped out at 53 mph with big tires. You running straight motor nice use pedals for stand.
Hola amigo 👋. Genial video 👌. Me puedes ayudar con las medidas de la estructura metálica. En mi país no hay de ése modelo es para fabricar me una mil gracias 👍
As a bike mechanic (you probably already know that) i've seen those forks snap or collapse, i would recommend upgrading them to something like a dual crown marzocchi or rockshox (like the domain or boxxer) or if you want to spend like 1500 bucks, you could even go fox 40, basically anything with a straight steerer and designed for a downhill mountain bike would be what you are looking for, if you want a used fork i have a few that im selling that i could send some pictures over to you to see if you're interested
go watch Sam pilgrim's video where he put these forks through hell and said the work pretty good actually. I agree with you under most circumstances but this stealth bomber ebike really isn't even make to be doing any off-roading that would require such a powerful and quality fork.
I think they should work well for these bikes. As they are for road and light trails. Still a crap ton of fun but minimal stress is put on these forks doing that.
Do you think it’s possible to add the motor, battery and controller to a dirtbike frame? I have an old 125cc Honda frame that seems like I could make this work with
Tbh I have never bought a fully assembled bike on Alibaba.com. But I would probably recommend just looking at the reviews below the listing and how many people have bought from them.
I did use it I just forgot to put it on when I was filming. Actually for the qs205 you should use more like a 3mm spacer because it would give more space for the motor cable. Also the front rotor spacer is not necessary really i found.
Great video. I missed what you used to hold the battery down. I saw the pads put in, and a foam piece at the top, but what is actually holding the battery in place?
I sort of forgot to film quite a bit with this bike because I was worrying about getting it done fast. But the side panels have 1/4 inch foam which hold a solid grip on the battery. And I put more foam in compressing the battery do the foam on the bottom. Works verry well.
damn i would love to commute in one of these....other ones i am interested are out of my price range but been wanting one for ages and this would just fit my bill to buying one but the problem is building it form me as well lol you seem to build them so well now, where do you stay are you in the US I am in the Riverside Ca. or L.A. Ca. area and would love to talk to you about a build if possible ?
I have a question? Are the wires just plug n play? I know how to solder but being a plug n play is just so much easier. And can you connect the wires? Or they all have there own fit. Hope you understand what I mean. And that bike is soo dope! 🔥 I have a high powered escooter but totally want one of these 🤘
If you buy the controller and motor from the same place it’s plug and play. But if you buy them separately than you might have to soder your own connectors.
Tommy can you run thru the TFT advanced setting, explain factory password 1801 getting into settings, just got my bike ( 72v 41.8 ah 150 bms) in advanced settings it’s on 15amp. ( never got manuals) FYI to all do not use *Dylan manager of SHANGHAI WEIYI INDUSTRIAL CO* long story but my bike was damaged because tire was flat and frame scratched/dent & turn signal not operational rear, and battery was packed loosely and lil damaged! This company will not stand behind anything I had to file claim against them and I’m up to $200 refund so far, bike was $3347 which $580 was shipping 2 months to delivery door to door, this guy is real nice until u have a issue, also they’re not a actual factory, I was going to buy 50k worth of bikes and they treat me like sucker!
Noice one dude, I have recently purchases the same model of bike second hand, and have recently opened it up since the bike has developed an issue where it accelerates when turn the handles. Your build looks lot more better than what I had gotten 😂. I tried giving move slack to the throttle cable thinking its pulling when it shouldn't - then there's no throttle, I pull the cable back to its original position then it again, throttles when turning the handle bars... any clue what I could try 😂😂? If not no worries, enjoying the content
thanks for answering my qeustions, i want to do everything the right way with the new back this weekend, i read online that it says avoid fully discharging your battery regularly. It is better to do more partial recharges than a charge from 0% to 100% all the time. ( to increase life span) what are your thoughts on this do you do that?
Hey dude, i just built one of these and holy crap is it powerful. Question- i notice my front and back wheels wobble when i get over 30mph. Have you ever had to adjust the spokes or balance the wheels?
@@ENDOPRYSMofficial Nice. At least you pulled it off before something happened. I have a QS 273 and QS 205. Both motors are good but the smaller motor uses less energy. Plus is faster. Keep up the good job on the videos!

Yeah but it makes people happy and you learn a lot from it. I want to get a old yz85 and do an electric conversion then maybe you could consider they more of a build but idk.
If you are wondering we’re the chain and smaller motor went. I had to swap it with a temporary motor because the original one broke.
My video is up gonna do better at editing it lol
Do they break easy buddy??
What's the mile range for these bikes? Can it ride 50 mile, 100 miles, etc.?
@@STEALTHMODE. no. I dropped mine twice not riding
@@chrisc1184 my 5000w has a 45 to 50 range. This all depends on how you ride

How do you know how to connect allt the wires.
How much does it cost to make
How long does it take to build

Good job

You can hook up a Surron motor to a savaton controller. A mid drive system would probably be better for a dirt bike. That’s what I’m gonna do next.
Rear brake is how Long (hose)?
I think like 5-6 feet but I’m gonna measure when I get home and tell you.
Where can i get these frames online
Hi, you're a very cool guy🤗😁
Thinking about building one of these with the wheel mounted motor, does it have enough power to wheelie
Yes. Is you want to wheelie I would recommend 5t motor.
Why are no new videos uploaded?
Any recommendations on buying a bike on alibaba like anything to be cautious with suppler and specs on the bike?

Very nice you got link to the kick stand
Where did you get this front wheel?
Good stuff bro keep up💯⚡👍👍😁⚡⚡
Hi ,Love the content. Quick question. With your tires, did you have to set the bead or just inflate to the proper psi? Thanks
Just inflate to proper psi
what happen with the chain? and what kinda kick stand you are using?
Chain went with the original motor because it got broke☹️.ruclips.net/video/Hakym_wim4I/видео.html
All the parts for this bike.
Really digging the videos dude! The phone mount you recommended works great! Do you have any recommendations for front and rear fenders?
I’m gonna put fenders on this bike that I’m looking to build for a guy. Probably just Surron fenders.
Hello I’m from Germany 🇩🇪 I wanna build a bike like urs is there a Option to buy one of you ?
How far is the rear fork in the frame
Why are you not using anymore the "5mm rotor spacer" (rear tire) [05:50] and a "rotor spacer" (front tire) [04:33] like in previous videos
I did use it I just forgot to put it on when I was filming. Actually for the qs205 you should use more like a 3mm spacer because it would give more space for the motor cable. Also the front rotor spacer is not necessary really i found.
I'm live in Jamaica and I'm love to build one please

I left a link in the description for a parts list.

It is better to do more partial recharges than a charge from 0% to 100% all the time. ( to increase life span) what are your thoughts on this do you do that?
I do that with my ebikes as well. It is good for the battery cells.
So how do you do it charge to like 80% every day?
What if I’m riding every day and what if I don’t use all the miles should I charge it and do you have instagram?
I keep it at about that.
Hey man what should I look for when getting this bike, should I buy a wattmeter or if it goes 50 mph like he said do you think I’m good?
Hey Tommy 👋. Where did you order your battery from?
i think i said where in his last video ruclips.net/video/Hakym_wim4I/видео.html, the official parts list
Hey dude, i just built one of these and holy crap is it powerful. Question- i notice my front and back wheels wobble when i get over 30mph. Have you ever had to adjust the spokes or balance the wheels?
That doesn’t happen for me. Unless the spokes are loose enough for you to move it’s probably something else. But try tightening the spokes.
I've had it happen when the back wheel wasn't completely balanced after tightening it, and I've never tried too hard to fix the front fork wobble
Liked the video and left a nice comment down below. I've just started watching this one but I'm sure it's deserved
You show a build in your room but the hub motor was a QS 205. Then on the reveal, it magically changed to a QS 273.
Because the qs205s motor cable got torn up. I ended up fixing it tho.

Sorry for a lot of qeustions but do you think it’s necessary for the motercycle helmet that covers the entire head?

Yes the bike has motorcycle power so motorcycle safety should be used.
That seems like a good price but I would need to see it.

84v 150a

The mechanical aspects of the build are not a problem for me. Integrating the battery, motor, controller and BMS is the problem.

You have to purchase all of the parts separately and verify their compatibility. They do not come together ready for assembly like a typical bicycle.

do u need a chain and the pedals?
No not for this bike. But people get them so the cops don’t pull them over.
