I would like to point out a few things about my yard.I choose to keep my grass higher at the road.I DO weed this literally every week for a good even appearance and it is kept super nice!!!! I mow every week like clockwork and I take real pride in my yard and while the grass my seem high we have had a lot of rain the last 3 days showing the growth on the good side.I know it may not look great but once I trim it things will be nice,even and clean looking!!!!! I am a clean fanatic period and my yard is kept straight and all trash picked up as soon as I see it hit's my ditch from traffic and or litterers.Thanks for checking this and I am purseuing this as the city only offered to clean up the dead grass and nothing more???????? I sure spent a lot of my own money to make my yard nice and just want some balance in this situation.I feel some financial restitution is due since my property was clearly damaged by the city of Greensboro nc.Yes the grass will grow back,however my time,cost to make my property nice clearly took a hit due to this error.Thank you
I would like to update the situation.The city of Greensboro has made amends to the cost for me to fix my front lawn.I will say they were very prompt in addressing this and the dept involved was very nice,appologetic and polite! I realize this was clearly just a mistake and while I was not happy about the problem this has been resolved to my satisfaction at this point.I am just waiting for the final process to bring closure and expense to fix my damaged front lawn.I will say thanks to the city greensboro to address my concern a important item of concern and correct it.Thank you for following this concern and I have no discontent about this matter once things are finalized.
