Fish Room Loss

Unexpectedly lost one of my favourite fish in the fish room. Sorry this isn't a usual video, but thought I should share it regardless of not really being in the mood for filming this week. Obviously, not everything is always a success but this is what running a fish room is like.
I really felt that they may have spawned the day earlier as this fish was near the shells, usually none are. But now I think it just suddenly got bullied for some reason.
I know a lot of my subscribers watch my videos with their children. So, if you think they might find dead fish distressing, then please don't watch this video.

Hi Jason. A sad day when you lose a fish. You feel it's something that you've done wrong yourself.
You are so caring with your fish and it's a massive loss to you.
I hope you can find a replacement and rescape current layout to break up territories.

Thanks mate, felt weird posting this in scheme of things with what is happening in the world at the moment. But like you say, I always want to share all aspects of my fish keeping, both the ups and downs.

That's real sad news Jason ... I know the love & attention you give to your fish ... Would you place them in a larger tank or separate the male within the tank until he shows signs of mating, then separate him after❓

Cheers mate, at the moment I can't place them in a larger tank. To get a pair from a group of fish it is best to keep them altogether. Rather than attempt to spawn them by introducing them together as adults.
