I own both cars Both of them are great, but Safari feels more premium in and out, where as XUV 700 is sportier than Safari. It doesn’t mean Safari lacks in power but when compared to XUV 700 it is slower. Mileage wise Safari gives me 16-17 kmpl on Highways and XUV gives around 11-12 kmpl. Suspension on Safari is better compared to XUV. Head light throw is good on XUV.
Tata Safari is best personal experience.... All is good in Tata Safari... Mainly safaty. Comfort, for long long drive Delhi to Bombay 1000 km bhe Aram se drive in Safari...

Dont go for safari its always make u tensed because of its quality issues . I can guarantee u that u will be more comfortable in xuv 700, i own xuv700 petrol automatic for 2 years . Till now i have no issues with. My friends owned a new safari and he faced many issues and sold it and bought new xuv 700 napolian black.

Tata safari always.. xuv 700 inside ebgine noise is hight and stearing also very small & light dosn't feel like drive of suv. Camera quality & display also very nerrow. Suspention noisy.. i just cancelled booking of xuv 700, now going to book tata safari its very classy suv , same land rover feel while driving..great comfort , best camera & screen. New gear knob featureistic car..but in diesel only.. safari engine outside noise is higher then xuv 700 engine but in cabin less then from xuv700, no vibration inside. Real suv look real suv feel to drive tata safai autometic.

You only feel luxuary in safari but the technology and quality of function is not that well .xuv also feels luxurious and feels like more airy. There is no suspension noise they already improved it. Xuv is more reliable and powerfull than safari.

Safari top model is unmatched if you can stretch till 30+L I’m also confused between these two cars and My budget is below 25 so I’m probably going to choose XUV 700 AX7 which is fully loaded as Safari Pure + S looks very basic & adventure model has ugly tan interiors.
