    Oh my gosh, I've done 7 youtube videos of Jungdayeon for several years and this by far difficulf for me.
    However, this becomes my favorite excercise.
    Definitely, it is one of my routine.

    Your floor workouts are awesome. My mom and I enjoy doing them. I can’t do jumping exercises yet because I had leg surgery and needed to take a while to recover. Thanks for the videos. Looking forward to more of these kinds of workouts

    ABS是腹肌運動
    CORE是核心運動
    雖然 CORE 的英文發音 和韓文鼻子 코 有點相似
    但是影片中文字幕把CORE 翻譯成鼻子運動 真是太誇張了

      @@loquilla9060 holaa buen día., pues no presisamente, solo le bajé totalmente a la harina, y al azúcar y empeZé a comer más verduras y vegetales le bajé a la grasa, es cuestión de que cambies hábitos alimenticios., a mi me han funcionado excelente!! Y me dan mucha energía y sigo comiendo lo q me gusta solo q en porciones más pequeñas también☺️antes comía y me servía mucha comida y hoy no..tu organismo te va diciendo cómo se siente te mejor., hágalo amiga si se puede.. yo me siento y meo muy bien 👍🏼

    Jung da yeon your workout are awesome can u plz dub ur video in English because some move in workouts like figuremat and momchang fitness slowfit v cannot look on screen for subtitles instructions hope u will consider the suggestion .

      I don't think she speaks English. Your best bet is to watch the videos before doing them so you have an idea of what is going on. You should also be able to change your position so you are facing the screen. You can also pause, watch/read, rewind and then follow along.
