I took 20,000+ Steps Every Day for a Month - Here's What Happened!
I tracked my progress using my Daily Log in Notion.
I ended up losing 22 lbs throughout my journey. The weight loss came from the increased fitness, changes in food consumption, cutting out alcohol, and not consuming any sugar that did not occur naturally in the food I was consuming.

I broke my intermittent fast with cucumbers and avocados. I ate whatever we were making for my family for dinner only doing my best not to eat the food my kids didn't finish.

It was a calorie deficit compared to my previous eating habits but not an overall deficit. I tried to eat food my body would more easily burn and less likely convert to fat storage.
