I haven't seen it done with just breading. In my area we stuff the shrimp with lump crabmeat and it is fantastic. Perhaps because we are on the Chesapeake Bay, but it is amazing! You should try that sometime. Maybe you could do lobster as a New England twist.

Hey Jack. Are there times where you're trying a new dish and it turns into a total disaster? Recently tried making a more complex recipe for my Banana Bundt Bread and came out way too moist and didnt cook all the way through. Felt like such a jack wagon lol. Should of just did my free hand banana bread
