I reviewed the XR920P on our channel, honestly I think it’s Shadows best offering. The comp system is really great, and it allows those stuck behind lines in the “Peoples Republic of California” to have a handgun with comp sans the threads!
@@AEGISDEFENSE ya it’s still off roster. I had to pay much more for these than retail. I also don’t care for the triggers much in shadow systems. All things considered I like my hypercomp way more.

Ramjet “seems” a tiny bit flatter than the hypercomp (which kinda surprises me)and the hypercomp definitely looks flatter than the arc, which I guess is to be expected as it’s just a chunk port on the end vs the multiple ports. Either way just what I was looking for. 👏👏🫵🫵🤌🤌🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I started out with Modlights but recently changed to x300 turbos of both of my Zevs. The mod light adaptor kept breaking and the light would fall off. I the turbo is a better option of you like candela.
@@scentrx3344 hard to say, the ARC has improved now w the new barrel. The hyper comp beats both of them, but for me the ARC w the new barrel system beats the radian. Can't go wrong with either though.

Is the arc slide on the XR920 for the Glock 19x gen 5? I know they’re compatible but I see several options for the ARCs …19 gen 3 & 4 then a gen 5 as well. Anyway, crazy good lookin firearms! I wanna pick an ARC up just not sure which one fits
Thank you! My set up is on the XR 920 which is a gen 4. They do have ARCs for gen 3-5. If you are thinking about getting one, you should know that that are changing their port design to make the felt recoil less snappy. I think the new p320 slide will be the first one w the new ports and then they will be released for the Glock based platforms. There is a guy named Patch that runs ARC and he will get you squared away. Good luck!
If you’re wearing short sleeves, that Zev hyper comp is spitting hot powder on your arms and the concussion is crazy. The Radian Ramjet is so smooth and pleasant to shoot.

I’ve since switched to their new one which is black. I believe they stopped offering bronze because of wear. Personally I don’t mind the wear, I got the new barrel for the bigger port.
Real question is why is zev so expensive but yet make the worst grips this side of smith and Wesson. Who's hand are they using? Not made for human hands
If you said the shadow systems trigger was trash I’d agree with you. Both zevs I own have great triggers and I shoot with an optic so the sights are not an issue.
I shoot with an optic too but it’s always good to have a good front sight . My hyper comp trigger feels like breaking glass but I own a staccato , pdp , canik rival , sig macro , and a Wilson combat sfx9 and I have to say the Zev has the worst trigger of them all . Maybe I need to put more rounds threw it . Did you change springs on yours or left it the way it came ?
@@omarcruise6662 a staccato is first on my list if we ever get this handgun roster to go away. I also have a pdp and sigs and prefer it to either. It is different and not as good as my CGW CZs but that is to be expected. For what it is it’s better it’s the best striker fired trigger I have. I haven’t changed out the springs, just as they came. Certainly though it’s like anything else the more time you spend with on the better it prob feels to you.
@@Temu-Lander the only other thing I can think of is shake awake which is nice for guns you may keep in a safe. I only run trijicon or holosun so I view the holosuns as a bargain.

I was running the modlights because I like the candela, but have had a number of issues with their mounting attachments breaking. Flush maybe a tlr-7?

I’ve never had an issue with them. Certainly more ergonomic than a Glock. That said I run an Icarus precision grip module now.
