@@tizben I personally shot it with a Custom P80 Glock, it's prolly the build, but it ran like crap, I'll have to buy an OEM Glock to see if it's different.
I have a ramjet + afterburner on one of my g19's and that thing is work of art. I've put around 1000 rounds through mine so far, and no malfunctions yet
I have the radian on a G19 5th gen and besides diminishing the recoil quite nicely, the major issue is the constant jamming with 124gr fmj even when you switch the rods between the 15,13 and 18lb. I personally removed mine and train without it because having a gun jam every 10-15 bullets is out of the question. I prefer training and reliability over a gadget that ultimately alter the performance of your weapon especially when you need it. I advise everyone against changing the original Glock setup. Train, Train, Train!!
i’ve had to send mine back in after it began to rust within 2 weeks.. haven’t had any problems since and they replaced everything for free, great support👍
As for customer service with Trijicon, when my SRO broke, they replaced it under warranty. The only problem was the return time. It took them almost three weeks to return mine. As for the Radian Ramjet with Afterburner, you are right about reducing recoil. With 115 grain Federal it was like at least 40 percent reduced recoil, but with the 124 grain, not as much. I have only run about 400 rounds with it and no malfunctions. The only thing was I had to re sight my optic once I dropped in in.
I got one for my P365, and the fact that it has a match grade barrel helped justify the price in my mind. So it has less recoil and is now more accurate than before.
I just bought one for my 365 too, but dude if you think you’ll ever notice a difference in the “accuracy” of either barrel you’re gullible. You’d have to have a mechanical vise to ever notice a difference with a pistol.
100% the truth. The Radian Ramjet tapered screw design is a gamechanger for comps. Let's be honest, regular thread-on comps kinda suck. They are a pain to install/time and can begin to back off under heavy fire. They're also a hassle to deal with if you want to get your barrel off. The design Radian encorporates into the Ramjet/Afterburner is easy on/off and will not back off. The lines on the comp blend seamlessly into your slide. And you get a match grade barrel. I've got a G19 and G17 Radian ramjet and they've ruined me for all my other pistols. I'm to the point now where I'm jumping into the P365 game just to pickup their P365 Ramjet and I'm not interested in any new pistols unless they make a Ramjet for it. Aka the G43/48 Ramjet that is planned.
Fax brother it’s a game changer design, but I’m not sure if it’s like got a patent or anything. I’d love to buy one for unconventional firearms because I’m not a glock or sig guy.
19X I loved it so much I bought 2. One MOS built for duty with RCR and TLR-1HL & other NON-MOS fully stock. For me it’s perfect! And so far not one hiccup… Hornady 135 +P is what I run.
Same here. Got Radian's recoil spring system also. Been 100% reliable to date. Threw Trijicon HD XR night sights and a Glock Performance Trigger. Handle It grips and Streamlight TLR 1 HD.
wow.. a trig broke with a 3 foot drop.. I'm shocked.. MilSpec unless you hit the top of the crown!! lol Great video.. I guess these mods are no different than guys supping up their Honda civics only to find it runs slower and looks stupid.. LOL.. I found a ramject through a shop that actually had stock.. It's a few days away and feels like Christmas for me right now counting the days.. considering the internet broke with great reviews, I had to jump in and grab one.. can't wait to test it out! Cheers! This mod is how I like to upgrade my cars.. OEM+. looks stock but just runs soooo much better! :). Ramjet should add a tagline to their site.. "They Just Run!!" lol
I’m have the ramjet on my XMacro frame sits flush and shoots so soft/flat can mag dump accurately so much easier. Also putting DPM springs with ramjet really makes it a monster.
I've been considering the Parker Mountain Machining Micro Comp for my 26 MOS. They were out of stock for the longest time. Very similar style Micro Comp.
I got one on my 19x and one on my shadow systems mr920. They run so smooth. I tried limp risking the mr920 and couldnt get it to jam. Threadless Comps are picking up steam which is great.
I have one on my g45 that I swap back and forth to my 19x. I love it. I have a few shorts shooting it if y’all wanna see the recoil difference. One thing to note though my g45 I stippled after my 19x and did a way better job with the thumb ledge and undercut. I shoot glocks super flat anyway so the best shirt to see its advantage is one of my most recent ones. My favorite part about it is the optic never leaves your target. If you shoot a lot and love guns it’s definitely worth it. If you don’t I don’t see wasting the 400 unless you need help with recoil
Did not like the radian, but I absolutely love a silencer co threaded with a Harrington arms comp on my g45. Price difference did not affect this result.
I think the ramjet makes sense on smaller guns more too, like a stock Glock 17 will shoot like a 19 with a ramjet so maybe a little superfluous if the barrel length goes longer with it anyway but rock on for people who look for any edge.
1000s of rounds through my g45 with ramjet + afterburner and Radian Compressor (recoil spring system) and not even one malfunction in over a year since I got it.
Random thought(re video); I think Glock Inc. as a whole could benefit from developing competitive in house versions of compensator solutions for all of their 9mm guns that sell the most on the US market.
I guess I'm just unlucky i have NEVER had any malfunctions in my gen 3 g19. Installed the ram jet and got 5 failure to feeds/eject while firing 200 rounds completely unacceptable reliability for my ccw.

Hey Spn! Curious what your thoughts are on the beretta apx a1 carry? Super affordable right now for sub $250, optics ready, reputable company, etc. would love to see a video!
$400 dollars to reduce the perceived recoil of a 9mm by 40%. 9mm is the already a caliber you run when you’re sensitive to recoil lol. I just dont understand the value here. Then again, i dont shoot small guns…
It makes it shoot like a 22 caliber gun. Slightly more recoil. The optic doesn’t even leave the target if you know how to hold it. It’s loud af though. I have one. Is it worth 400 maybe depends if you have the extra money and like shooting a lot and want to make your follow up shots as fast as possible yea if you just carry and don’t shoot a lot it’s not. They are super fun. I have a few shorts showing the recoil

great video, especially about the g26
Traditional pistol comps rely on heavy weight to reduce recoil and do get loose while ruining the treads.
One of these for the HK VP9 would be sick

He hasn’t even shot that gun. Thing looks like it just came out the box.
Where do you even find one? Never seen one (black ) anywhere
how much difference in muzzle rise between a G19 with a ramjet and a G17? $400 is a good start on getting another pistol.
I hope they come out with one for the G43x
On the radian website as "coming soon"
"I'm ashamed," lol! As you should be sir, lol!

Make one for the 26 for sureeeeeeeee I been screaming the same thing been hearing about them for a while now
You always find away to do a video on some shit im thinking of trying u the goat brudda🫡
Im pretty stoked with the jtt barrel.
They are making it for 43x and ithink u can use the 43x barrel in the 26,you just have to get the grn 5 afterburner and it might actually work🤷♂️
Make one for a 26 I’m buying it I don’t mind the extra barrel length 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Will the 19x slide with the Radian still fit on the G47?
If you like this one try the PMM ultra comp
But the question i have is.. Do they run?
Put it in the 26L slide. Ive been planning to build one like that but i wanna see how it’s look
Or put the 19 slide on a 17 frame with the comp
Have you tried the PMM micro comp for the g26? I think you’d love it!! If you can’t get your hands on one let me know!!
Recoil or muzzle flip?
I remember you said “never” to my comment about putting a comp on a 43x🤔
Any noticeable recoil reduction on the 47 compared to the 19?
Hows the flash on that comp?
Did you change out the guid rod and spring? To the 15 pound?
You should try out dpm systems guide rod. On my g23 40 cal it’s night and day difference.
So Sig will run it trigger pulled or not. J/K

What color cerakote is on the silver 47?

Do they make a glock 23 conversation barrel?
Need 1 for the p365xl asap

It will increase reliability
Do you shoot 147 grain 9mm all the time? Do you prefer that grain for self defense? And why if so. Is it just for recoil reduction?
