Overall I liked the movie. I thought Josh Hartnett was great and fun performance. His daughter Riley is good and they have great chemistry together. Thrills and excitement throughout the movie. The story and script was good enough for me. The concert scenes were fun. I didn't like that the movie was predictable, but still enjoyed it. Seeing M. Night's daughter was good as a singer, but they show her to much.
I’m a HUGE movie enthusiast especially horror movies, aspiring business owner and actress. I have already watched 25 new releases this year including Trap was one of my most highly anticipated movies of the year ever since the first trailer dropped months ago. I throughly enjoyed it. I agree with you M. Night Shyamalan is in my top ten favorite directors of all time and I hope to work with him one day. ❤❤❤❤

I think the purpose of "Trap" is to be entertaining and if you are a Night fan like I am you know he does not take himself or his movies too seriously which is what makes them so enjoyable in my opinion that added touch of dark humor he gives to every one of his movies is part of their appeal I do agree for the most part he is hit or miss but I do appreciate he at least tries to do something different and his screenplays for the most part are very original and creative he has contributed so much to the horror genre you have to give credit where credit is due
