Rebuilding my $1300 Crashed NC Miata - Copart Salvage Rebuild

- In this video I complete the rebuild on my 2006 NC Mazda Miata that I bought from Copart. In the end I had to replace the fender, door, quarter panel, rear bumper, and trunk. Grinding off and welding a new quarter panel and taillight bucket onto the car was definitely intimidating, but got it done. The project took quite some time but I am pretty satisfied with the results.
Comment any questions or video requests!
Very impressive. I'm starting to see a wave of people buy older cars and repair body kits better than some shops. THIS IS THE WAY. Keep up the great work.
I've done some work before, but this was definitely the most to a single car, I figure the more I do it the better it gets! Hoping to get a real paint and body setup within the next year or two.
It’s very impressive. As a guy who lives in nyc and can only get away with doing partial work on my daily car, I love living vicariously through you guys who can do the work, but also make it entertaining.
@NYslicknessGaming always open to feedback too, still trying to find the best ways to film and edit! Hopefully going to upgrade cameras soon as well.
Just found your channel. I've subbed and can't wait to see the progress on the car.
Wow incredible love the Mazda Miata maybe someday I will own one!
Great work man. I can't be the only one that was curious to see you put the front fender on to see how much of a process it actually is.
Clutch could just be that the pedal just needs adjustment.
I look forward to the 911!
I got carried away so I didn't record it unfortunately, there are some other good RUclips videos, basically have to remove the fender liners completely, loosen the front bumper / remove it and there is a bolt that is really hard to get to inside the front bumper that's connected to the fender.
Really god job, nice to see🤩👍
Good work man
The only thing I worry about was overspray to the interior but great work my guy.
I did get some in the interior but it cleaned up nicely, most of it was dry spray, next time will definitely mask off better!
@@dylantolo If I had a garage I'd be doing all the same projects, super jealous
LOOKS CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
AMAZING JOB!
Poor interior getting spray paint all over it
It's ok, I promise lol. Got a full detail afterwards.
