This is gorgeous. Can't wait to play. Thank you guys for all the hard work! I don't understand why WB holds on to the license without any proper games. The best game in ages was Shadow of Mordor, BFME2 is great too, but Total War and Tolkien are a match made in heaven. The mods for Medieval II prove that. I still play it all the time, its just a little tiresome with the recruitment system, because you have to send hero units to the other end of the world, and fight hordes of similar armies, but with the new mechanics for Attila, ( reinforcement, fixed stacks) this would be perfect. Its a pity about the campaign map, but in whatever map you guys provide for the campaign, the game will still be great.

Could you make it so that arrows 1-shot all units to make it more realistic in relations to the movie? Except the most elite units and the ones with big shields? Just making the archer units have slower reload times or something? Anyway, great work, you've just given me a reason to buy attila.
Very nice to see the work is going a little faster..too bad about the modding tools but hey, the details, music and idea in general are awesome. Also I noticed in the video that there are several Uruk-Hai being slain but..I saw red blood..So it might be a cool feature to change that into black blood, like from le movies. :)
Some fantastic work so far, out of curiosity why did you choose Attila for this mod instead of warhammer? With certain factions already in place wouldn't it of cut down on development time? (i.e. dwarves)
The game looks amazing. The only downside, in terms of visuals, is the armour bending and stretching with the soldier, but I don't know if that's just an inherent flaw of Attila: Total War.
it's cool to see they did make an effort to put in units that are not shown in the movies, must have been really hard to make them belivable enought. this mod alone is better than current warhammer. that shit is just copy paste of LOTR, it's kinda funny sometimes i'm playing that game and i remember lotr and it makes me sad that lotr doesn't get that much attention, glad to see people out there working their asses of for free to bring this amazing mod to us fans. truly apreciate it

I'd like to know where you find all these great extra sounds for your machinimas, cause I've been looking pretty much everywhere and I didn't find any satisfating stuff. Everything looks awesome in this video. The only thing that bothers me is the armor morphing into the animation as if the armor is part of the human physics, especially the lower edge of the armor where you can see a lot of armor bending at a noticeable level. I hope Creative assembly would consider that animation issue in their next total war franchise.

Warhammer was no option; modding WH is restricted and there might be legal issues because of the LOTR theme
