Hello Dr. Evans, I had sinus surgery a couple of months ago and my doctor told me to add a compound Rx called 'mometasone cash' ro my saline rinses. He basically told me to do that once a day.....all year round....for ever. Is this normal? Do you recommend the same to your patients after surgery? Thanks in advance.
