    Ingredients:
    2 large carrots
    1 large zucchini
    3-4 tbsp olive oil
    2-3 water glass yoghurt (adjust according to the size of the zucchini and carrot you use)
    3 medium cloves garlic
    1 dessert spoon salt (adjust to your taste)
    Preparation:
    Peel the zucchini and carrots.
    Grate it in a large tray.
    Put oil in the pan.
    When the oil heats up, add grated zucchini and carrots.
    Sauté over medium heat.
    Grate the garlic.
    Add salt.
    Finish the sautéing when the water is evaporated.
    Let it cool.
    Place the yoghurt in a large bowl and stir up.
    Add the cooled zucchini and carrot sauté.
    Mix well.
    Ready to serve!
