I loved watching Haley at Mayhem, but completely understand that she needed a change. Her physical ability is off the charts. She just needed to get her mind right. It's good that she has other outlets and doesn't let crossfit overrun her entire life. Good luck this year and I'll be rooting for you to be standing on the podium at the games!

Takeaway. Kids need to play team sports etc and get used to loosing so they are strong mentally to deal with not always being on top. Is it just my phone , the audio is really echoing
