Just an update, do not try to use Shimano calipers with Motorcycle brake levers. Shimano use mineral oil, your typical brake system uses Dot fluid. This was the reason the rubber seals on my brake levers had swollen to the point that the lever would not return. A different setup is going to be fitted.
Great Video!! can you post the link for the front wheel? I bough a second hand bike and came with a regular mtb front tire and a 20x110mm thru hub in it. I will like to find one that matches the rear tire (19x2.75)
I see you bought a voilmart bike frame, i see they also didnt give you both wheel spacers and drop outs ethier, how did you solve this issuse?? I bought the same frame with the same issue too, missing parts.. please do a video on how you sorted it out.
I reckon this bike could tackle some average slopes but due to the frames weight and build quality I wouldn't tackle anything to serious. But something like this would be epic though ! ruclips.net/video/MvqibD_d9NA/видео.html
Hi, this is a seller I recently bought some Bus Bars from. They also have EIG cells in stock. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Eig-Cells-48v-Ebike-DIY-Battery-13cells-And-Bars-lithium-ion-10c-cells-the-best/265074588514
Nohting yet, still considering my options but I will probably use some spacers and washers depending on how well I can get the brake calliper to align with the disk.

Great comprehensive video exactly what I was looking for 👍
Glad it was helpful, if you need any more info feel free to reach out to me.
Ya you just need spacers bc the swing arm needs to be fully expanded to be parallel w hub. Ur right the qs205 and 273 fill out the gap more. Good work
Yup I had the same issue on mine as above and had to make spacers.
Nice one, same supplier that I used. Looking forward to the final build.
Can you please tell me what 's the exact bolt used to connect the frame and swingarm?

thats not a voilamart frame, cus when I bought mine last month it was different to this one.
Hi mate did you sort out the rear brake
Hi mate were can I can some longer rear gear cable from I've wasted £8 from halfords to short
You need to buy a cable for a tandem bike
What kind of slopes can that bike go up? Just curious. I ride a modded KDX and I keep wondering how electric dirt bikes compare.

Looking good...
How come the controller hanging up and only bolted on 1 side
At this time in the build the controller needed a bit of modification to fit the mounting points on both sides. It's secured properly now though.
Hi mate. Love your build. Can you please share the link for the frame seller for those batteries cells? Thanks

@@RascalTech awesome. Thank you
Hello do you think a 1000w 135mm dropout hub motor will fit this frame ?
A 135mm drop out hub motor will be too short for the swingarm on this frame.
Been waiting for this video
I hope you find it useful.
@@RascalTech in the summer im going to be doing a walkaround on my 3500w custom ebike
Good job
didyou finish the bike yet?
Hi mate do you know what size the side panel screws are please
I will take a look for you tomorrow and get back to you on that.
So what did you end up doing with the rear axle spacing issue ?
Nohting yet, still considering my options but I will probably use some spacers and washers depending on how well I can get the brake calliper to align with the disk.
@@RascalTech having same issue at the moment, if you manage to sort it, can you upload video how did you do it....
@@RazerBoyLT Sure, I have the bike apart again at the moment so I will get a video made covering the options available.
@@RascalTech did you ever get issue sorted for axel and frame
