It's amazing the difference between this video and the first attempt. I can't wait to see the end zone car upgrade.

I'm Glad you enjoyed the video. I'll probably do one last Ultimate car upgrade video. After the midzone tips video goes up.

I'm glad you found the tips helpful. You should check out my Outerzone tips and am almost done with Midzone tips video.

You can actually have unstable energy before reaching mid zone. Unstable anchors can spawn in junctions with powerful instability, they’re highlited with red

Yeah I noticed that while I was working on recording mid zone tips. I just always avoided the High instability after not seeing much point in it when I went before. I correct myself at the start of the mid-zone tips video that will be out hopefully by friday

I personally love the Jump Jacks, I find them to be crucial in outmanuvering any danger, especially when running from the storm. If there is some sort of obstacle/anomaly in the way you can just launch over it instead of finding a way around. The impact from the landing will inflict some impact damage, but it beats being fried to a crisp by a wriggling wreck, or plowing through a bunch of trees to avoid a road hazard

Yeah with playing around with it some I can see it being useful especially with how I play. I'm not sure why I don't like using it.

Great video, only a couple of runs to go before crossing The Wall. Just to clarify, you don't recommend armoured doors and panels for the mid zone? Managed to get quite a few from the outer zone with the Liberator.

I'm glad you liked the vid. To clarify if you are able to easily get ahold of them the armored panels are useful. At the start the armored panels are best at the front of the car but most of my damage tends to come from radiation or electricity as opposed to running into stuff. So it's not that armored parts are bad I just feel the elemental resistance is better. At least until you unlock other utilities to defend against radiation

Also can't craft armored until mid zone and I tend to find that scavenged parts from cars tend to get fatigued extremely quickly

Get the lightning rod for electrical damange/battery recharge. Put armor on the front and radiation panels on the mid and back

If you do use the lightning rod make sure to have an insulating panel under it. In my testing it seemed like the panel under the lightning rod got hit as well.

I did my run through the wall with steel panels/bumpers, crude doors, and Limpulse-emitter. Random anomalies outta nowhere kinda screwed me over and destroyed my car. Most my car was red/yellow and was missing a couple of doors but I made it was all my loot. I just crossed the deep zone and I come to releize that when it comes to entering the next zones, you just need to accept the fact that your car is prob going to get destroyed bc you don't really know whats going to happen or your not going to be develop enough to escape in whole.
So don't sweat it on making sure your as amorred to the brim (I thought so as well), just be prepared enough to make it home with your car and your loot. My biggest supporting items/tools were offroad tires (#1 priority), steel bumpers (Prob going to get most amount of damage), limpulse-emitter (I had lots of bunnies and abductors), Jumpers/Sealing kits/Mech kits/health kits/putty (Maintain equipment on scene(Usally would do small fixes before/after junctions)), Headlights/relightable flares (More light is always better), and extra gas (Tanks or cans (Base tank+backseat/sidetank+trunk seat was enough for me for a full run with a quarter tank left, but I refilled twice for peace of mind so it was like 1/2 a tank left.), extra storage (Your going to need extra room for new loot and to hold your equipment)
Those things and your basic equipment and you'll be set to go. You'll prob trash your car but it's not going to set you back to far, just use the regenerator and go hunting for scrap. GL
