I will never understand why a law enforcement agency was formed specifically to to deal with 3 things that aren't illegal. Then they are somehow allowed, outside of our legislative body to create laws, again about 3 things that Are Not Illegal, and then enforce those constantly changing laws, rendering yesterday's law abiding citizens into today's unwitting criminals. This is the most fucking bonkers thing i have ever heard in my lifetime! The ATF must be abolished!

Because they have gone ridiculously far beyond their remit. The ATF was meant as a tax collection agency-meant to collect exise taxes and tax stamp fees on alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. They’ve evolved themselves into the fascistic monster we see today.

But they want us to have to submit and have no way to stand against their tyranny. And they are programming people to be okay with that.
Nowadays people want daddy gubbermint to have control over everything and tell them what to do and “keep them safe” (lmao yea right) and believe they would never go against us so we would never need our arms for them. Either they or the majority are too scared and soft to be willing to stand. Freedom isn’t easy. Freedom has a price. And a lot of people aren’t willing to pay it unfortunately.

It sure seems to me that SCOTUS being the 3rd branch of gooberment is displaying serious conflicts of interest here.
Being they are a part of the gooberment, we should expect them to bow to the other 2 branches regardless of whether the goonermemt is right or not. Time will tell, just remember Hitler had courts too, but they towed the party line to save their own skins. We're there again.

      no.
The Supremes want their precedent to be long-lasting. Thus they're waiting for appeals following "merits" decisions, typically after trials. If they take interlocutory action, the left will cry and whine about any precedent that comes of it. If they wait til after trials, their decision will be LESS objectionable.
Their waiting is not necessarily a bad thing. I'm content to wait. Just consider all the money governments are spending around the country now defending 2A lawsuits! That's also a good thing.

When you keep changing positions your going to make mistakes. Amazing that the ATF brought this case upon themselves. They don’t get that they are a rogue agency driving Pro 2 nd Amendment law.

ATF is wrong . Its like saying because an autoparts store has shelves full of parts enough to make a car then the autoparts store needs to say its a car that they are selling. 😂😂😂
