Great update, Anthony! Any update on the NJ case of the Red Flag Law about the wife who called police on her husband for carrying his shotgun from one room to another inside their house? Police were able to confiscate his guns, if I remember correctly.
New York state badly needs a government overhaul In a major way and has for a long time. We also need to separate the NYC area from the state proper. Either treat gun purchases of nyc people as out of state purchases if they travel north to buy guns or better yet, stop the restrictions all together and let everyone have their rights go un-infringed... Either way, it would stop City crime from being something we have to pay for with our rights in rural areas hundreds of miles away. NYC is 360ish miles south of me. Albany is 150ish, Buffalo/Rochester area is over 200. It's absurd to be forced to deal with their problems and vice versa. Voting doesn't seem to make a difference here ,but it's worth doing just in case.
Agreed. I’m 355 ish miles from the city. The city’s problems should not be our problems. The city’s officials created their own problem they should have to fix it.
Trespassing laws already cover this. Put up a sign that says "No Firearms Allowed" then if someone comes onto the property and they see a gun they can say "hey my dude no guns in here, you need to leave." Don't leave and you go to the po-po lock up for a while on trespassing charges. Not a gun charge but a trespassing charge.
Seems to me,the whole conceal carry license bit is unconstitutional seeing the bill of rights state that our right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed. It foes not say...except for concealed carry, nor does it say except for certain types of weapons, nor does it say except in certain buildings or facilities!
Thank you for the updates Anthony, but this volleyball game is makinge dizzy. When will the SCOTUS finally put an end to this and rule according to the constitution?
Last I checked, the Constitution is the Supreme law of America. ", The Right Of The People To Keep And Bear Arms, Shall Not Be Infringed." has no ambiguity in its wording and needs no interpretation.

⛽️🍕🗽🇺🇸🙏 Pray, hope, and fight on!
Thanks for the update
The 2nd circuit did reverse the part pertaining to the part that you could carry on private property without owners permission. The CCIA previously stated that it was illegal to carry on private property without the owner posting a sign that CC is permitted. That was reversed that the owner has to post that it not permitted.
Thx for the updates
How does it talked multiple decisions ok the same damned case? It was already ruled in the Missouri case that any firearms cases are federal in jurisdiction. How about arresting a governor who signs into law any case ruled on by the SCOTUS that a Governor chooses to disregard?
Thanks for the update👍🏻🇺🇸
another nine years before we hear about this case
We the people own the government we control it not the other way around when Americans stand together and fight all this bs will be washed away
Shall not be infringed
Thank you for your content 🙏
OMG! Sounds like an instant replay of the last dozen or so episodes! Nothing has really changed. The US Supreme Court needs to grow a pair and use language that EVERY State Supreme Court and EVERY lower court must understand that they CAN’T violate the 2nd amendment AND THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW THEIR PREVIOUS RULING in Bruin! TEXT, HISTORY AND TRADITION!
If the supreme court doesn’t want to keep getting these 2nd amendment cases, they need to lay it out to the lower courts that intentionally improper rulings against prior precedence from the supreme court will result in the judges being removed from the bench permanently. These judges need to be put in check.
YOU’RE AWESOME!!X
Judicial slow walk, kick the can, shell game, foot dragging, merry-go-rounding, could you imagine if the private sector "worked" like this ?!?
Sorry. I don't listen to politicians.
Thank you!!!
Thank you for the update.
What a cluster. We USED to get decisions.
Now is the time to get out and vote for the candidate that will appoint judges that will uphold our Constitution. I'll be voting for judges this year also. It's our children's future and our country's security. We can't have more of the same incompetence.
You would think "shall not be infringed" would be pretty self explanatory
The language is clear. This should not wven be admissible in court!!!
I would really like to know is what are some of the costs of these cases? Also how much do these cases cost taxpayers?
They cured illegal immigration by de-criminalizing it.
Great Report. Thank You. AS
Crooked judges that needs to be removed.
They need to stop wasting time on this issue. It is a right!!!!!!!!
Open or conceal carry IS a Nation-wide RIGHT...
What's the point of having concealed carry if you need to get permission to carry?
Good summary - thank you
"Justice Delayed is justice denied'---William Gladstone. Learn it love it live it!
SMH,
Andy, Annmarie's husband.
What part of "keep and bear" is open to discussion?
Wait... I'm confused. Didn't Judge Sinatra Jr. strike down this part of the CCIA? I'm so lost.
I wish Supreme Court would just make the damn rule for the whole country and be done with it!
How do I need a permit to to exercise a Right?
Appreciate your timely, informative updates.
Komifornia here Al gorythms fueled. Guns and guitars brother. Thanks for the update. CRPA member. Cmon SCOTUS
Thank you for the updates Anthony, but this volleyball game is makinge dizzy.
When will the SCOTUS finally put an end to this and rule according to the constitution?
Thanks for updates
REALLY HAVE LEARNEDS ALOT FROM THIS PROGRAM!! THANK YOU!!
Thanks for the update Anthony
The continuing shell games are running again… The lower courts are moving the misdirection and the elements of illusions around again….
Thanks for the update. 🇺🇸
Last I checked, the Constitution is the Supreme law of America.
", The Right Of The People To Keep And Bear Arms, Shall Not Be Infringed." has no ambiguity in its wording and needs no interpretation.
Ummm? Will this stop criminals from carrying a concealed weapon? Law abiding citizens have enough laws to obey.
Help us in California!!!!
This all phenomenally researched and presented, but there are a lot of technical legal terms I just don't understand.
Is it possible to give a brief summary of what this means to me?
Seriously. Great job, but I just can't get a good handle of what this all means.
why is nobody bringing this charge against these tyrants who conspire to.....Deprivation of rights under color of law(18 U.S.C. § 242) ??
Untill Defiance of scotus has civil and removal penalties on judges personally nothing will be done
What happened to "Justice delayed is Justice denied"?
We will consider that question in due time.
Been through this multiple times been ruled allowed everytime
