      Well heres the thing, if everyone did have a registered gun, what are they gonna do about it? Its the CITIZENS that gave up their rights. As someone who owns an AR-15 shotgun and handgun, I dont thinkits unreasonable to have people register their gun like a car. At least the serial number stuff it is important for law enforcement to solve crimes with. Im also in the process of becoming a special occupational taxpayer and getting my FFLto own full auto. Idont agree with any fees or taxes on these special regulated arms. Any law abiding citizen should be able to easily get an FFL and remove the SOT requirements. Tthis SOT allows you to be listed as a fully auto cleared citizen or something. Some people shouldn't have explosives though...like some people can have their gun but a grenade? That shit needs to stay for ho e and boogaloo purposes only. Litteraly no need to walk around with a fullyauto AR and grenades like a soldier. Be as ready as you can but you shouldn't be marching around "looking" for trouble. Ihave seen these guys and they give us a bad name. Be reasonable in what you carry. God bless man. I appreciate the fact we have the ability to barr crazy people from guns as best we can. A lot of shooters take someone's gun that is unsecured. Basically we all need to shame the irresponsible gun owners. My handgun is always near or on me. Even in my home, its on the counter when Im in the shower etc. I always know and have it on me or within reach. Lets level are heads and all get o the same page. We need some form of registries to trace bullets back to guns...I dont want random shmos running around with untracable firearms. Plain and simple. Even if its a hot stolen gun, they can still solve more than if they had nothing. If its from another state that shows it was shipped out and smuggled. Probably by gangs. Then guns can be returned to owners if it was stolen.

I don't understand the point of being taught we have freedoms,when local government can just decide to go against it then charge someone who follows the constitution rather than local government,cus they will lock people up cus this false laws. We need to stop letting theis people just resign,and we need to start having treason charges handed out,or this will just be a cycle where the government abuses our rights anytime they want to.

Have your powder dry and your guns sighted in because tyranny can easily raise its ugly head.

    The lower courts continue to follow their personal beliefs, instead of what the Law Says. It’s time to reprimand several of those judges, maybe by first suspending their positions, and put it on their record. After a second Reprimand they should obviously be removed permanently from their positions.
    Being a judge does not allow you to change a Law, Remove a Law, or Deny a Law, no matter what your feelings are. The Law is Clear. The government did not give We The People the RIGHTS WE HAVE. Therefore they have No Right to remove the RIGHTS of We The People.

      What really needs to happen is the 2nd amendment needs to be granted the ability to sue for monetary damages from restricting the use of our rights. Similar to being able to sue for freedom of speech infringements or freedom of religion. Government agencies fear no repercussion of infringements on the 2nd amendment because there is no monetary award that they have to pay when they lose. If a law is ruled that it infringes on the 2nd amendment and that lawsuit is a class action suit amongst millions of gun owners that now need to receive monetary damages from a city, state or federal government, then they could not afford to play these games. They can play these games because it costs them nothing. The government lawyers are on payroll. If the lawyers sit on their ass or they litigate these bunk 2nd amendment infringements it doesn't costs the government any different.

    The 2nd circuit did reverse the part pertaining to the part that you could carry on private property without owners permission. The CCIA previously stated that it was illegal to carry on private property without the owner posting a sign that CC is permitted. That was reversed that the owner has to post that it not permitted.

    OMG! Sounds like an instant replay of the last dozen or so episodes! Nothing has really changed. The US Supreme Court needs to grow a pair and use language that EVERY State Supreme Court and EVERY lower court must understand that they CAN’T violate the 2nd amendment AND THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW THEIR PREVIOUS RULING in Bruin! TEXT, HISTORY AND TRADITION!

  • @markholub97
    @markholub97 21 день назад +3

    If the supreme court doesn’t want to keep getting these 2nd amendment cases, they need to lay it out to the lower courts that intentionally improper rulings against prior precedence from the supreme court will result in the judges being removed from the bench permanently. These judges need to be put in check.

    New York state badly needs a government overhaul In a major way and has for a long time. We also need to separate the NYC area from the state proper. Either treat gun purchases of nyc people as out of state purchases if they travel north to buy guns or better yet, stop the restrictions all together and let everyone have their rights go un-infringed... Either way, it would stop City crime from being something we have to pay for with our rights in rural areas hundreds of miles away. NYC is 360ish miles south of me. Albany is 150ish, Buffalo/Rochester area is over 200. It's absurd to be forced to deal with their problems and vice versa. Voting doesn't seem to make a difference here ,but it's worth doing just in case.

      @BobleeBBQandOutdoors 21 день назад

      Agreed. I’m 355 ish miles from the city. The city’s problems should not be our problems. The city’s officials created their own problem they should have to fix it.

    Trespassing laws already cover this. Put up a sign that says "No Firearms Allowed" then if someone comes onto the property and they see a gun they can say "hey my dude no guns in here, you need to leave." Don't leave and you go to the po-po lock up for a while on trespassing charges. Not a gun charge but a trespassing charge.

    Seems to me,the whole conceal carry license bit is unconstitutional seeing the bill of rights state that our right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed. It foes not say...except for concealed carry, nor does it say except for certain types of weapons, nor does it say except in certain buildings or facilities!
