These are amazing doodles,they are fun because they are imaginary and anything goes,so if lines are not straight.,it’s how fairies built it.These would look great coloured in too 🥰
Your work is so beautifully unique, thanks for sharing!! BTW, I have found that, in order to avoid my watercolour, (doodles, flowers & etc little journaling my-made bits & bobs), from smudging or smearing if damp, varnishing is great. I happen to have the little craftpaint bottles of satin or gloss, but I’m sure that any varnish or urethane or varathane hanging around the basement would work. I use a flat brush, one stroke across one way, one stroke across the other way, not really overlapping other than to have no space in between brushstrokes. If the watercolour wash isn’t heavily applied, there’s no worry about disturbing it, if heavy washes, you may disturb it a bit, but either accept it or work it out a bit, without going back over the paint, just over the plain paper where the smear is. (Maybe if the paint was dried longer than 24 hours, it would not move.). Gives a great texture to the thin papers! I especially love to varnish the thin, cheap printed papers, (line many from Temu), as I feel is strengthens the integrity, and looks really really different. Then when I cut and glue and enhance my crafts, I’m not worrying about ruining a piece. Thought you might like this “tip” as you do so much hand-work & might have encountered this issue, from time to time. Thanks again for your sharing☺️☺️ -Val, also from Ontario. I believe the UniBall Signo Micro 207 pens are waterproof and come in various pen point sizes and in at least blue and black ink. I love my Micon's but the Signo's have a metal (I think) point which lasts a long time.
This came just in time! Somewhere I saw a challenge to do a sketch a day for September…mine have all been pretty simple so far. Now it’s time to try a more complicated drawing. I absolutely love your mushroom houses. I must admit to using pencil so I can rub mistakes out.

I would love to see more, like how to do some of those other styles you mentioned, Southwestern Pueblo, Tudor, etc., and you could place them in different landscapes, like you could show how to do desert plants around the Pueblo animal/fairy homes (are there such things as desert fairies? I dunno, but I like making the houses small like the birdhouses or houses in mushrooms. Then they can be super whimsical). Love your channel!!
I love your videos. I was trying to make houses out of balls of yarn (I am a crocheter) and I realy struggle with putting in windows , like in between the yarn. Maybe it is to special for you to show, but it would be fun to watsh, ad least to me.

Good idea- when I seal anything I do I use a small flat piece of sponge and dab it on to avoid smears and brush marks.
