Congratulations 🎊 your First RV trek! Beautiful camp site, super cool & clean with concrete! Are you a professional photographer? NY STRIP... now your talking! Haha!!! Keep those grilling and meal segments, I'm still smiling... I must determine that grill too. 😋 Cheers, Eric
Yea …..really beautiful site. I am not a professional at all. I do however love capturing Virginia and my precious moments in life and sharing it with family, friends, and everyone else in hopes to inspire people to live every moment they get. Life is truly precious and we cherish every day we get. Oh yea….. food too. Tim and Virginia
@Safemaker1 haha, in the months since I 1st watched you and Virginia in your new 22MLE... I, too, decided the 22MLE was for me. 🤪 Christine and I did our 1st campout over Thanksgiving near Charlotte, NC, to be close to our daughter. Then Saturday following a blessed Thanksgiving with family, I made the 2day trek to FL. Yup, the 2 worst travel days possible between NC & FL. Lol ... Lot's O Stop, Go, and Idle Speed for many, many hours. Haha. I must say, 2 weeks with a buddy and then 1 week at SpaceForce Base near Cape Canaveral. It took me 50yrs of dreaming to see a rocket launch 🚀 😎. I have been so busy making mods and improvements to. If I recall you names your MLE "Lilly" ... haha, thats the name of my wife's car. She also named our MLE "Millie" 😀 Cheers, Eric
Too funny, great minds do think alike. Virginia and I are so excited for you guys. A big Congratulations 🍾🎊🎈🎉 and……… welcome to the 22MLE Club. Hope to see you out there on the road. T&V
Hi Prabagosatx, thank you so much for watching our video. That means so much to us when others enjoy them. I can’t agree more, we too had a blast. What is your favorite part of the park? It is officially our grandkids favorite place on the planet. In fact we are scheduled to have family reunion there this year in late October. We love all the activities they have around Halloween. The haunted house set up they do is top notch. Keep living life to the fullest and making those precious memories. Hope to see y’all out there in the future. Tim and Virginia
Hi Danny, you are very welcome. And thank you so much for watching our video. Please subscribe and follow along for more adventures. Do you and your family RV/camp or do outdoors adventures? Tim and Virginia.
Hi Barb, a big congratulations 🎉🍾🎈 to y’all. Virginia and I are so excited for y’all. Your gonna love it. Have you done your first trip yet? We actually slept in ours the first night in our driveway…lol. Thank you for watching our video. Please subscribe and follow along our adventures. We have some modifications videos coming up this summer that you might be interested in doing to yours. A big Congratulations again and welcome to the 22MLE Club!!!. We hope to see you guys out there on the roads and in the parks making precious memories …… Tim and Virginia
Hi Robin, yea I was hesitant to add that part in (self incriminating) but Virginia encouraged me. “Keeping it real”. It was a blast, definitely brought back the kid days. Thank you so much for watching our video. Tim and Virginia.
That was funny the bounce house lol Well we got our 19ft TT back in February 2021. We drove 1400 miles to take delivery and enjoyed 10 days of camping as we made our way back home to Miami, FLA. We had no choice but to try out our TT day one in freezing temps lol We experienced the first 3 days camping in 19 to 45 degree weather lol and wouldn't change a thing.
Congratulations, I bet you guys are so excited, we still are. That was a little chilly for the first camp, but like you said, precious moments and you wouldn’t change a thing Lol….We are so happy for you guys. In Florida you will have plenty of warm and beautiful sunset nights ahead. We have a sunset video coming out in the next few days, so be on the lookout. Jesse, we will see you out there, go enjoy life and make more precious moments. Tim and Virginia
We just took our 22mle out last weekend for the 1st time and had a ball. My aunt and uncle and cousin went with us. It all went well. Though I gave out popcorn to the neighbors as they watched me back it in. LOL.My aunt and uncle have a Imagine 2600RB and my cousin has a small floorplan Cherokee. Great video! Thanks for sharing
Congratulations, it is a beautiful travel trailer. Yea, backing up was an experience. I first practiced in a mall parking lot to get the hang of it. In fact you can check it out on our previous video. We’ll maybe we’ll see you out there. Go make precious memories. Tim and Virginia. ruclips.net/video/jyDGtq6VuvY/видео.html
Yea it’s almost like cheating. I do miss the old tent days. But, as we are getting older this is much easier. Thank you again Jerry for watching our videos. Tim and Virginia
Good video and nice job decorating the camper. I just bought a 2022 XLS 22MLE yesterday at the Denver RV show. Towing with a GMC 1500 AT4 with 6.2 so hoping there is no issues. Ive been watching a lot of videos with this unit. The only common issue I am seeing is no place to put the kitchen trashcan.
Hi Bill, that is so funny because Virginia and I would have to agree with you. As small of an issue that it is, we too struggle with that one. All I can say is be carful not to block the fuse box as it has a small fan in the front of it. We typically just use a small trash can under the thermostat area. Congratulations Bill on your new trailer, we believe you will love this model. Good luck and hope to see you out there on the road……Tim and Virginia
Say Whatttttttt!, just kidding, you are absolutely correct. We do have a water pressure regulator and we use it every time. Thank you for the tip and thank you so much for watching our videos. Tim and Virginia
I love Blackstone products as well but I'm noticing y'all have not used the oven and stove top inside the trailer, or maybe i havne't come across that video yet. What are your thoughts about the trailer's oven and stove top inside? I'm thinking maybe seeing if I can have the option to do just an electric stove top then more storage in place of the oven . Love all your videos. I will soon be a new owner as well. Looking forward to reading your thoughts.
Hi Charles, you are correct we haven’t used the oven yet. On our last trip we were going to make cookies but we never did. So I can not comment. Others state that it’s a typical RV oven and you can expect uneven hot spots and temperatures. We have cooked on the stove top and all works well. I like your idea for more storage space in place of the oven. Comment back and let us all know if you find out if this is an option and what RV you wound up getting. Thank you so much for watching our videos and we are so glad you enjoy them. Hope to see you out there on the road. Tim and Virginia.
Hey Rose, I think I had too many fruits and grains that night because my wife corrected me after the fact. It was the air conditioner and her hair dryer. We never had an issue after that. Sorry for the delay, and thank you so much for watching our videos. Tim and Virginia
Hi Julian, great question because the quick connection is one of my favorite things about this trailer. We got it on the big “A” here is the link 12FT Quick-Connect RV Propane Hose with 1/4" Safety Shutoff Valve and 1/4" Male Full Flow Plug, Low Pressure Quick Disconnect Propane Hose with Elbow Adapter for 17" and 22" Blackstone Griddles a.co/d/8TNzuhs - highly recommended. Hope this helps and thank you so much for watching our videos. Happy cooking and camping. Hope to see y’all out there. Tim and Virginia
Hi Tim. Question, I have the same truck as you, 2020 Ram 1500 but a quad cab. I noticed the extended mirrors on your truck for towing. They look like black plastic snap ones. I would love to know where you purchased these from. Thanks so much. Love your videos.
Hi Laurie, Virginia and I are so thankful that you enjoy and watch our videos and that you are out there making precious moments. You have a good eye. Yes these are plastic snap-on’s that we ordered through Amazon. Here’s the order information. We love them, quick, easy and effective. Take them off when not in use. And reasonable priced est… $50.00. Hope this helps and hope to see you out there enjoying life and making precious moments. Please subscribe and follow along……. Tim and Virginia. Hi Tim & Virginia! Thank you so much. I’ve already placed these on order and are supposed to arrive tomorrow 3/14. Looking forward to your next video. 😄
Hello, I am looking to buy this exact same rig. May I ask if you are having any issues with your rig? Do you love it or would you have rather gone with something else?
Hi Ignacio, thank you so much for watching our video. Other than the slide-out controller reset, which you can see on our other videos “First RV Issue” we have had no issues. Even that wasn’t really an issue. Virginia and I absolutely love our 22MLE. If we were to do it all over again a year later, we would still buy the exact same one. We love it in every way. Best of luck and hope to see you out there……comment back on which one you buy…. We are excited to know…….Tim and Virginia

I would really like to talk to y’all and inquire as to what I’m capable of doing with my truck. Your trailer size is very much what I would like to get…especially if it’s under 6000 lbs. I’m still searching and trying hard to make things work. I hope you can advise or suggest.
Hi Vincent, thank you so much for watching our video. Unfortunately I cannot advise you of your truck’s capacities for obvious reasons of liability, but I can recommend you research deep into your OEM manual and your manufacturer’s website. Specifically in towing capacity and payload capacities for your make, model and trim package. The 2022 22MLE come in around 5,500lbs empty with an average tongue weight empty of approximately 600 lbs. I hope this helps some. Tim and Virginia.
Go to GD and complain about the A/C and hot water blowing fuses!!!! My Flagstaff always has both on with no problem! I never turn anything off to run something else! It should work just like your house or there is a problem!
Hi Ron, thank you for the advice. I will have GD investigate it. Virginia and I thank you so much for watching our videos and we hope to see you out there. Tim and Virginia.
Hi again Ron, a quick follow up. You were correct, you can run both. GD thinks it was just a bad fuse, because ever since it has worked fine with both. Thank you so much for the recommendation. Now we can take a hot shower and stay cool in the summer. Tim and Virginia.
