I don't use the A x B fusion multiplier, but using that multiplier from the Super Exciting Guide, and using the Anime Comics Guide, the SSJ4 multiplier is relevant to the Power Level of Buu Saga Super Vegito ÷ Buu Saga Base Goku's Power Level (Before he got his plot-convenient power-up). This means the SSJ4 multiplier ranges anywhere from the hundred billions to the quintillions, which is reasonable for SSJ4.

Actually in episode 35 of DBGT. SSJ4 Goku is Able to break out of great ape baby grip so I wouldn't put ssj4 initial below golden oozaru baby.
The 10x Kamehameha has a delayed effect kind of like soul punisher. So imo that's a weird thing to use as a base.

Blitz waves or waves from moon doesn't guarantee the power of golden great ape neither ssj 4 it only is a trigger to active the form but for baby case he didn't have the requirement for ssj 4 which was his tail absence unlike of goku earlier so that's why he needs more blitz wave to trigger the primal roots of vegeta to grow his tail back so even a normal moon wave would do same if he had tail

I think power levels went out the window long ago. It's now just whatever makes it cooler to watch. 😅 I've been watching Dragonball for like 21+ years and remember when it was easy to keep up. Once buu came around I realized number based levels were out the window and never coming back. Lol 😆

I usually think of base ssj4 as a 500x multiplier and I'm open-minded about it being much more powerful due to potential for oozaru being combined with higher ssj grades than grade 1 and because the golden oozaru is being essentially compressed which would equate to a higher density of ki in the body

Honestly this is one of the issues I've had with GT among others. Scaling is hard but GT threw a monkey wrench into it, pun intended. With "ultra full power" and the SSJG like ritual, then Super 17 and the dragons, things are just all over the place. I always saw "full power" SSJ4 more like amped SSJ4 due to the others' energy. Then Super 17....sigh....then the dragons being uber strong for seemingly no reason other than plot convenience. The fan manga Dragonball Kame is zany as hell but still makes more sense than GT so I consider it the real post Z DB. Worth checking out. If you can't find it online or translated, Mondo Cool has a vid covering it. Either way, Awesome vid Broku. Glad you're back!

For me, mastered super saiyan is super saiyan but it’s always at full power since in the fight against freeza the power gap was around vegeta vs monster zarbon so my guess was super saiyan needs to charge up during fights like the super saiyan grades but not as much, so mastered super saiyan seems like it’s just super saiyan but always at full power
My theory is that Golden Oozaru is the same power level as SSJ4 but SSJ4 have control of that power (kind of like how Jiren would beat Broly)

I always thought ssj4 was a 100× multiplier from ssj3 and "ultra full power" as another 100 base on the fact that Goku under gone the great ape transformation again despite the fact that he has already attained ssj4. I don't think the "full power" state is a multiplier but just him going back to 100% power.
The x2 argument can work but it's when we talk about a special technique which is the energy barrier. It could be higher or lower to tank hits without it, but probably higher. Problem is, this argument usually don't work in the DB Universe as character that had like, 30% more power difference than their opponent would decimate them.
So I'd say it's rather inconsistent.
As for the SSJ3 Goku vs Baby argument, I think you forgot about the powerup Goku got from getting his tail back. He was then able to briefly fight against Super Baby 2. (even if he got overwhelmed)
His Golden Great Ape makes him able to fight back though. Then the Super Saiyan 4 form clearly overwhelms Baby.
If we go by the logic that the tail upgrade was a bit too weak (being only a x400) and Golden Great Ape was good enough, (being x500) this makes me think that the SSJ4 form isn't that much of a multiplier.
Personnaly, I always thought the SSJ forms worked like this :
SSJ = x50
SSJ2 = x100 (50x2)
SSJ3 = x400 (100x4 or 100x2^2)
SSJ4 = x6400 (400x16 or 400x2^2^2)
But hey, it all comes down to head canon at the end.
Funny thought how, based on my calculations, Goku landed exactly at enough strength to destroy the Milky Way when he first reached SSJ4. (I did a whole calculations based the two events that translate power level into mass destruction which are Roshi destroying the moon and Vegeta claiming he'll destroy the Earth, which both fit well)

I’m gonna make a scaling here, the one I kept using, I believe Oozaru Bebi & Super Sayia-Jin 4 Kakkarot/Goku are almost close in power.
This is inspired by the Supreme Duo scaling and I’m gonna take into an account that Kaioshin’s are usually wrong sometimes from Sayian Scholar.
Kakkarot/Goku:
Super Sayia-Jin 4 - 40,000, x10 Golden Oozaru
Golden Oozaru - 4,000, x10 Super Sayia-Jin 3
Super Sayia-Jin 3 - 400
Base - 1
Bebi Vegeta:
Golden Oozaru - 40,000, x10 Super Bebi 2
Super Bebi 2 - 4,000, x4 Super Bebi 1
Super Bebi 1 - 1,000, x2 Super Sayia-Jin Grade 1 / 4
Super Sayia-Jin Grade 1 / 4 - 500, x50 Base
Base - 10
Super Sayia-Jin 3 was bested by Super Sayia-Jin Grade 1 / 4 who’s x1.25 stronger which I believe is said to be a high-balled.
Bebi transformed into Grade 5 and then Super Sayia-Jin 3.
Putting Bebi at 4,000 in total.
Bebi was matched or was threatened by Golden Oozaru, maybe it’s slightly stronger but I’ll put them at the same number.
Kakkarot/Goku became Super Sayia-Jin 4, x10 greater in this scale so to me is a little use of the x10 increase against Bebi.
This is my opinion, I’ll still go with this multiplier for regular version.
Even if elder kai was wrong, it wouldn’t change the fact of how much stronger SSJ4 was

grade 4 couldnt be even near 500x boost. If SSJ is 50x and SSJ2 is 100x, then Grade 4 is some where in between. Th BEST estimate we can probably give is a 75x boost.
I understand you're thinking but it might help if I explain it for you using the grade system.
SSJ 1: 50x
SSJ grade 2: between grades 1 and 3
SSJ grade 3: 10x grade 1 or 500x base
SSJ grade 4: same as grade 3 so 500x base or same as grade 1 50x. Probably the former.
Super saiyan 2 aka super saiyan grade 5 is 2x stronger than grade 4. So either it's 100 times or 1,000 times base

People keep forgetting about super Kamehameha which he has been using since fighting piccolo jr. Its 10 x kamehameha in power. And 10 x kamehameha is 10x that. So its 10x stronger than people think.
Super Kamehameha has never been stated to be x10 on top of anything,in fact im pretty sure any addition to the name Kamehameha is non-canon,i dont recall any mention of a Super/True Kamehameha in the DB or DBS Manga,besides the games i dont know any other occasion where the name has been used and even if it has it never was hinted at it multiplying the kamehameha excluding the actual x10 Kamehameha of course.
@@mvp746 it was stated in the original dragon ball show against piccolo jr to be an actually stronger Kamehameha and was called super Kamehameha. It was also in one of the data books that stated a 10x. Even if that book was wrong its still a stronger Kamehameha. And most of the Kamehamehas goku takes time to fire after were super Kamehamehas. After all why would he go back to the regular one when putting as much strength as he can in the blast.
@@kyleanderson449 Just because he takes more time to charge up the attack doesn't automatically mean a 10x multiplier Goku can charge up a normal Ki blast for a few seconds more and it could be not even twice as strong,if what you're saying is true a namek Goku with a x20 Kaio-Ken and a x10 super kamehameha on top of that would result in a x200 multiplier which would have annihilated Frieza who wasn't even at full power.
Also you still are not providing any type of proof,again not saying you're wrong just i've never seen or heard about a Super Kamehameha being x10 a normal kamehameha.

Well there is an agreed upon measurement of a "smidgen". It's 1/32 of a teaspoon. A smidgen is 3.125% of a teaspoon. That means Goku only used 3.125% of his power, so how would you do this considering that instead of 20%?

Wrong 1.25 difference between ssj 3 and ssj baby wouldn't make diff you should learn scaling 1.25 times difference only grants you ability to eventually overwhelm opponent not just straight up lead them to their demise

oh damn. I didin't know Broku was doing more videos. Well...Its a good video. But I disagree. for this example let's say SSJ3 GT Goku is a 1.
For starters, when talking about the "2x greater power needed", your clearly looking at the Barrier Technique. So it makes more sense to use the differences between Vegeta and Cui, the "25% domination boost". This would cut your initial 16x boost to a 10x boost. Using this boost again, since Baby Vegeta was CLEARLY scared of Golden Great Ape Goku, this would put Golden Ozaru at a 12.5x multiplier.
GT Goku (SSJ3): 1
Baby Vegeta GO: 125
And thus, if Baby Vegeta is able to tank a 10x Kamehameha from Goku (assuming it is a 25x boost), Baby would have to be 31.25x stronger then SSJ4. However after the delayed 10x Kamehameha attack is fired, Baby fires a Super Galick Gun. IF Baby was that much stronger, Goku should have died even with his increased durabillity. But they both ended up equally exhausted. This means that you can consider the two of them equally matched. Putting the initial multiplyer of SSJ4 to 12.5x Golden Ozaru, and SSJ4 from SSJ3 125x boost. At least initially lowballing.
Theirs's one more thing I'd like to mention though. SSJ4 dosent have a true multiplier. It's even said in the GT Perfect File that it's a "Limit Breaking Form". Thus why their are so many different variations of SSJ4, similarly to how SSJ2 can have the same power as SSJ3 (different because that line has a limit), Goku just hasn't accessed the full power of SSJ4 because their is no limit. Hell before he reaches his "Ultra Full Power SSJ4" Gohan himself says Goku would die from teh amount of energy he was receiving and SSJ4 Goku was completely fine. Thus making SSJ4 a limit breaker, and the best form in dragon ball (considering his resistince to Nova's heat, having what seems to be Ultra Instinct before Ultra Instict, and the body being able to adapt on top of it's limit breaking power).

I don't think Oozaru Baby was that much stronger than SSJ4 Goku,i think you need to re-watch the fight,yes he is stronger but the gap is really small if i recall correctly Goku even tanks Baby's strongest attack head on with minor damage.
And to all these guys saying "this could be a lowball" No it absolutely isn't in fact this is an astronomical highball,If SSJ4 is that much of a multiplier on top of Base he would have wiped out Baby with a touch,considering SSJ4 was new to Goku if it had that much of a Multiplier he would barely be able to control it just like he had trouble with SSG.
Actually considering GT Base Goku is as strong if not stronger than end of buu saga SSJ3 Goku this kind of Multiplier would make SSJ4 > SSG which we all know is most definitely not the case,however i do agree that SSJ4 is heavily downplayed i dont think it is that big of a deal its been years since people used the "its a 10x multiplier on top of SSJ3" We will probably never know the exact number but in my opinion it is at the very best a couple million times Base as a UFP SSJ4.

Imagine how much more powerful SSJ4 became at the end of Shenron Fight. Same Shenron wouldve one shotted Baby Vegeta and Previous version of SSJ4 Goku....

The Transformations that baby Vegeta takes Upon Our his teen and adult forms. This has nothing to do with the Saiyan Transformations at hand. They only briefly said it resembles Super Saiyan 3 for very ambiguous reasons. Probably because of the eyebrows or something.
Baby Vegeta was able to absorb energy from Goten and Trunks, Gohan, Bulla. Everybody here is far stronger than the energy that is taken in during the Battle of Gods film. The energy itself bare minimum far surpasses the gap between Super Saiyan 1 and Super Saiyan 3. If you were to go any higher than it would surpass the power of Super Saiyan 3 potara Fusion simply because Super Saiyan Goku with all of this energy complemented it as incredible but was only worried that he wasn't a god. Goku had two goals which was to surpass the maximum potential he could unleash at the time and become a god. Mind you Goku never suggested becoming a Super Saiyan God at first but instead he tried to find the Super Saiyan God and when he had to become one himself he then realized that he was going to get some energy absorbed which means he understands he may not be getting just one energy boost. Baby also absorb the energy of the entire planet's population which includes the Z Fighters and we know they are definitely really strong too now. So baby really got at best 2 potara Super Saiyan 3 increases stacked on top of each other and whatever boost from his teen and adult forms.
That total increase will just now be applied to baby as a great ape as well and Super Saiyan 4 Goku was stated to be equal to him. The whole part of the tanking the times 10 Kamehameha wave is it because he actually tanked it but the energy was just absorbed into his body.
Baby do have ssj 3 otherwise is his silver hair ssj is base form then because there are three baby forms if you eliminate ssj 3 then one of them must be base so base baby vegeta is 2×ssj 3 I guess? Then ssj2 {100×} so 200× ssj 3 💀

If you even follow the show then you will see that baby go through different stages which is baby stage, child stage, teenage stage, then finally adult stage. Throughout the entire time inside of Vegeta's body from his child form he was only a super saiyan. Maybe a Super Saiyan too but we will never know because Dragon Ball GT doesn't bring in Super Saiyan 2 a lot. Even as a great ape he States how it is Vegeta's body who transformed not his own hence why he was still able to control the Great ape.

Also Majuub was or has toyed and destroyed by surpressed Super 17, and by the time goku fights super 17 as a ssj1, this Super 17 had absorve countless of powerfull KI blasts and special attacks from everybody... So that alone proves that if goku had start the fight vs S17 his base or ssj1 would easily murder Super 17...

Goku is just insanely powerful in GT but feats were not given or added because its a 90 show anime focused in fighting giving the limited time they had to run the anime in 64 episodes.
