EASY DINNER CREAMY LAMB WITH MUSHROOMS

Easy dinner creamy lamb with mushrooms for dinner served with flatbread and green beans.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 tsp green peppercorn
1 1/2 tsp coriander
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 Tsp origano
1 Tsp thyme
1 Tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp sugar
2 tsp chicken stock
250ml tomato
250ml cream
900g lamb leg
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion
2 medium cloves of minced garlic
FLATBREAD
350g All purpose flour
190ml Warm water
1 Tsp salt
3/4Tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
2 Tbsp lard
