It was a really awesome series but the music video associated with the theme song was extremely difficult to find so I thought I would post it.

The Black Panther is such a great marvel character and he very much did justice to him, in that record breaking movie.

Chadwick boseman acted in New York with no way out, gods of egypt as "tot", he made his appearance as a black panther for the first time in Civil War, he also acted excellent in black panther 1 and I don't know what will happen to the next black panther movie
We will miss him and miss him as warrior and king. "CHADWICK FOREVER !!!"
Not to mention the Jackie Robinson movie as well as the James brown movie.

I love the jazz trumpet at the end. Really combines both Africans homes and the African American musical innovations of R&B and soul. I love this theme song

Before the whole Disney XD silly and friendly Marvel animated shows like Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers Assemble. When Marvel had balls in animation.
Douglas Brown Its based off a graphic novel, essentially from what I remember it's a motion comic...
Spacey Dragon true but I mena before Disney XD marvel animation was not scared of risk. They had a animated movie where you actually had Hulk Vs Wolverien and they did not shy away from showing Wolverien stab people in animation. Spectacular Spider-man And Avengers EMH cartoon where for kids and they where way more fun than the current crap on XD.
This movie/series was probably the best thing to ever come out of BET.
***** I believe that it was originally made/commissioned by BET, and was shown on the channel in 2001 (according to Wikipedia of course).
I saw it in on bet in 2013 or kid of after captain America the game record ever episode of it

It's the only thing that came out of BET that actually attempted to challenge their viewers to be more than ghetto garbage, and it was actually pretty well written and intelligent for a TV show.

I just watched civil war and being introduced to black panther was the best thing ever. Just knowing this character is a king warrior soldier scientist billionaire and wise leader all at once is amazing. I really admire the character. Just the way how he protects his people and is a sworn protector to the innocent is really the most admirable thing about black panther.
I seriously cannot wait for the movie to come out.

God I love this theme. Absolutely perfect for Black Panther. He may not be my favorite superhero, but by God I love this guy.

At least once a month I have to search for this video and watch it like 50 times before moving on. Why this is one of the coolest themes out there? It exudes African pride and Djimon Hounsou's voice at the start just sets it up for an epic theme. Plus it incorporates different aspects of musical genres

The funny thing is that a black panther can refer to melanistic individuals from several different species within the panthera genus. However, the one most likely to be seen in Africa would have to be the African Leopard (P. pardus pardus) Melanistic individuals once inhabited Cameroon, but haven't been been seen in recent years.
