We set off for the Balkans in the summer of 2023.
We have now travelled through Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro to Albania. After the Theth Valley, we continued criss-crossing Albania. It's insanely warm but once again a lot of fun. Have fun watching :)

Hallo ihr beiden. Das macht ihr sehr gut. Die Wege sind rau und ich kann die Mühe sehr gut nachvollziehen. Aber ihr habt das, wahrscheinlich aufgrund vieler Erfahrungen, im Griff. Ein formidables Abenteuer. Das, was ihr erlebt, ist das, was ich ein erhabenes reales Idolum benennen will. Habt viel Spass und Freude bei eurem Tun; und, das ist ganz mit Erfahrungsbezug wichtig, man/frau sollte sich unterwegs immmmmer aaallllles verzeihen.... Tolle Bilder! 3*** von 3en!

Bei dem Abdruck hätte ich jetzt auch auf Bär getippt. Aber ist ja egal wer am Zelt knabbert, Wolf, Bär... :D

you did great. 3 littles things : 1/ the bike seems to have bicycle pump forks ;( it doesn't help. 2/ you breath like a seal ;) Try to think all time about breathing before it becomes an habit, and learn to do it with diaphragm /floating ribs ; building air column) you will avoid overheating, cramps and dehydration... 3/ Try to keep speed and momentum. yes, it is easy to say and harder to do, but all becomes so easier. even if it is always a difficult choice too choose in between pedaling like a duck (zero balance as there are no proprioceptors on bum, contrary to ankles and knees when standing) and going faster, standing but can be more painful if you crash... wish you the best rides. we use to say that riding Albania, at same point, we just wish to find some flat trails with grass or even just little stones :)
Regular static balance practice will make you the best rider ! have nice trips, ad i wish you the best.
PS : i don't get why you mention use of google maps and not showing tracks. Guru maps pro, locus, Osmand, Maps me , so many off-road offlines maps and softwares and even multilayer rendering .

Euer Hund oder Wolf ist ein Abdruck von einem Bären. Hunde und Wöfe haben vier Zehen. Bei euch erkennt man aber 5 Zehen. Beim Hund oder Wolf ist die fünfte Zehe etwas oberhalb des Ballens und daher nicht als Abdruck zu erkennen (Wolfszehe)
Vorbereitung ist alles, helle Kleidung, weißer Helm.
