The difficulty chart of Nexus: Tourist - Are you even trying? Normal - You wanna play Tourist, but you wanna look "Cooler" and "Better" Tough - The Normal Mode Madness - Its either a slice of apple pie or a slice of uranium you will get depending on the stage.
This game's difficulty kinda scales with levels but it's also super inconsistent, one second you're playing an already easy level with two Hanks and the very next you're in Hoffnar's arena. The "normal difficulty" is only tough when you already know how to play.
Couldn’t agree more. I’ve gotten through most stages just fine on madness difficulty. Sometimes even easier than advanced! But the freaking Tricky boss fight was my slice of uranium. I have never died more times on madness difficulty than in that freaking fight, made me eternally grateful that losing on a boss fight just restarts the fight rather than the entire stage 😂
This game has a special place in my heart, literally played it for years i remeber when it first dropped and was only an arena survival brawler god i was 18ish. Im 30 now.

I must really suck at the game cause even Tourist is slightly difficult for me.
