I might even try for 100 imprints at some point. I do this out of sheer curiosity of seeing how far I can push my character and seeing how my character ends up interacting with the world.
This video is very relatable. I am also grindin the arena mode rn. I am just about to finish offering and agent is next. Can't wait to hear hidden again. That song is the best part of beginning a new arena mode run.
I think Hidden being heard ONLY at the beginning of Arena only makes it that much more memorable. That song represents the un-telling of a story for it to be re-told anew - the beginning of that same cycle before many before, and many to come yet.
god this is so real ive lost maybe 30 imprints due to NEM bugs before modding became 'official' and am down to 23 now but even that is enough to breeze through most stages solo on madness its still just Hard Sell that beats my ass lmao
Hard Sell will always be difficult without hirelings. It’s just a matter of not getting stun locked by the N51 assassins and deltas when the N51 recons crack open the enmeshment core. Playing as the Massive origin can help since it’s immune to their stun locks, but the N51 mortars become VERY problematic as you’re often not fast enough to avoid the grenade blast zone, which ragdolls you (unless if your imprints are high enough to bolster your dexterity stat, due to the Massive only being able to upgrade strength and endurance). It’s borderline next-to-impossible going at it purely unarmed or acrobatic, and melee is difficult due to their armor making them hard to one-shot without enough damage and armor piercing. Ranged a lot of the time ends up being the go-to at lower imprint numbers during runs.
really cool video bro, absolutley peak especially since not many people make MP:N videos, only critique is music and sound effects are a bit too loud, other than that amazing video, and it was very funny
Finding the right balance was a little tricky, and I ended up not having enough time to smooth things out in time for Madness day, so this is to be expected. I oughta give myself more time for editing these videos, lol. And not to the point where I had to sacrifice a whole night of sleep to get this one out.

dude, there is such a funny little thing at the start of the game you can do. the last guy on the roof can be stealth killed if you, after entering the roof, stand still (and idealy get closer to the top-left corner) and wait a bit, and with a bit of luck he'll turn other way and its a stealth kill for ya! love to do that shit

Ahhh, the classic infinite money exploit. I think it’s more efficient with one of the submachine guns. But when you’re already able to destroy everything even without the help of hirelings, the exploit becomes a little obsolete. Never found myself using it much in these later runs.
It’s easier if you just aim the mouse pointer directly at the G03-LM and use shift (or whatever key/button you have set to headshot aiming). Just aiming the weapon’s line of sight in the direction of the G03-LM won’t auto-target its head when holding shift. Think of it like that signpost you had to shoot in the tutorial - you have to have the reticle *ON* the G03-LM.

The Project Creber origin is actually in the game’s latest update. The Creber actually comes from a Madness Combat fan animation called ‘Madness Combat: Extrication’. Part two of it won first place in the previous Madness Day competition. I guess Krinkles and Swain saw the video and tossed the character in as an official playable origin - the concept seemed very unique and interesting.
50 imprints is amazing but God this origin is awful, or maybe i just suck at not dying with a single corpus block while my clone took forever to spawn.
I wouldn’t know if the origin is good - I literally was just saving that origin for until I got my 50th imprint specifically for the video. At that point, even tough difficulty feels like tourist difficulty - dare I say, even madness mode feels like tourist.
1 clone spawns in after you kill 2 hordes of enemies in a wave so in some levels with large hordes (pitstop, murder room) it takes a while until they appear meanwhile they spawn in way faster in levels like slaughter time and Nevada house.
Did you check for updates? If you go to your steam library and onto MADNESS: Project Nexus, there probably should be an option somewhere to update your game.
@@cbgenius_ I’m fairly certain that it’s up to date, but I’ll make sure to check, thanks! Side note, what do you reckon is gonna win Madness Day this year?

Creber origin is I don't know is fun to play but I woulnd't prefer the as take main I don't think this is so good origin you have only one corpes and if you die earlier the spawn your clone then it's over like every protoganist could kill creber origin
I feel like one of Creber’s BIGGEST advantages however, is that losing a corpus means you switch to one of your clones. This makes the extra waves in Murder Room and Slaughter Time much less risky since an otherwise instant game over will not occur if you fall into the pit of blades.
2:32 oh yeah that's a well known glitch, it's been a while but I think it's when you try to do a takedown on a golem, at a specific moment while they're doing a takedown on someone else, just flings them across the room lmao.
