I'd be frustrated too if I was a United fan. (I'm for Aston Villa). Man United have much deeper problems than just their manager.
They have poor overall system behind the scenes.
Man United's Director of Operations and their Head of Recruitment have been abysmal for years, while City's has been spectacular.
City could have bought 4 Akanji's (£15 million) for what United paid for Maguire (£80 million). Then there is Antony and plenty of other botch jobs in United's spending decisions.

  • @rayvinloony2322
    @rayvinloony2322 Месяц назад

Excellent review and honesty from a red, i would like to add, for all the good football coming from Arsenal, the villa loss at home was not the real turning point.
It was the bottling of not wanting to take us on at the Etihad.
What should have been an epic match, turned into a borefest.
City were missing defensive strength, yet Arteta was too scared to attack.
Arsenal were guaranteed a draw at least by attacking, but missed the opportunity to maybe grab a win.
Showing you can potentially beat your main rivals can bring greater confidence.
Now let’s get onto Arsenal continuing to over celebrate and reveal their desperation.
Last season they had 2 away games, villa and Leicester in which they scored late goals.
Their full bench celebrated like there were 4 games to go, it was only March.🙈
This season at home to Liverpool, a weakened Liverpool midfield i may add.
Arsenal win an important game, and instead of just doing the normal respectful stuff, their Captain Martin Odegaard decides to act like they had just won a cup final, taking photographs of a member of the press.
We had Liverpool at home and Trent Alexander shushing the fans.
Cocky and arrogant does not work when dealing with humbleness.
Pep teaches his players to respect opponents, because you never know when being anything but humble can come back to haunt you.

Teams literally give up playing against ManCIty, they know there is 1% of chance to even draw, so they don't even bother to win them. Everyone says Arsenal bottled against Villa (well Villa literally gave up against ManCity playing reserves, whilst against Arsenal they put up their best. Nowadays you have to win every single game to even compete against ManCity. I'm happy that Spurs put up a good fight, watching the game I really thought they could do it, but come on that's ManCity, changing goalkeeper who's not a bit worse is insane. Seeing Spurs fans cheering when their team concedes is revolting. Premier league has become farmer league. And 115 charges don't come out of nowhere, how can one club have 115 charges? Imagine that's Everton or Forest with 115 charges they would be kicked out at once... And I'm a Liverpool fan

If goalie keeps saving it, it’s because you keep fluffing your finishes! If Spurs lose 0-2 it’s because they can’t hit cow’s arse with banjo, someone needs to remind them it’s a big old target! Otega was brilliant in all he did when coming on, as he has been in most games when he's played .... and you're quite right, there is usually no more dependable player in those 'one on one' situations than Son, he's usually so clinical .
Gvardiol didn't do badly, but had to curtail his recent exploits upfield as Spurs threw men into midfield, and out wide, in an attempt to stifle and stretch City ... a plan that appeared to be working well, especially in the first half ...... and also Gvardiol SHOULD definitely have squared the ball to Haaland right in front of goal, in the first half, than attempt to score himself with a wild shot that flew over goal.

You are waaay to harsh to Josko. Guy is 22, first season in Premier League, out of his natural position and stil is a monster. Of course there will be some mistakes but name me just one player without them. And btw that "wild shot" was accidental, he wanted to pass to Halland but the ball went over his leg. Just imagine the hype if Gvardiol is from England

Haaland was free in the middle, and , as chances were hard to come by in that first half, that was a really good opportunity to play Haaland in ....... but, as i say, he has been excellent lately

The difference is Pep and how he’s constructed his team. With very few exceptions, every player can play multiple positions at a very high level which gives the impression that City have a huge squad, when in reality, in number, it’s the smallest in the PL. Yes City spend money, but City make great deals too. Ortega cost us £0 for example and both Alvarez and Akanji £15m or less, yet when you watch them play, you’d think they must have cost much more.
Again, it all comes down to Pep as other teams have outspent him over the years, and yet, he just keeps on winning
