These programs that hold the real secrets are black book projects that are called a "Special Access Project". You have to have the name of the program to be able to gain internal information about who runs it. However, if you do not have clearance they will tell you that it's need to know. That is the problem Kirkpatrick has run into there are lots of these programs that are not legal because they have no oversight. This is also why the DOD's budget is unauditable and why they can't account for 60% of their inventory. Mr. Kirkpatrick please provide a reasonable explanation to what my father in law saw along with another coworker: the setting is near the Merced River at Gallo Winery around 4am while taking a smoke (tobacco) break in the grape fields adjacent to to the river. Bright light in the sky begins to approach them. Comes within 100ft of them. It lands in the river. They are looking directly at it. It's a metalic disk with an array of windows around the circumference. They eminate light from within but cannot see anyone or any feature inside. Craft then lifts above the trees and shoots off completely silent at all times. The tree branches sway. They feel a breeze reach them and they heard a "swoosh" as it left. There was a vapor trail left behind that was lingering and still slightly visible as the dawn broke. Our adversaries? Our own craft? Other?

If people have not read it,it basically says that private aerospace companies have 90 days,it might be 180 days I forget,to come forward with the technology they possess. If whistleblowers are alleging that that their personal safety is being threatened as a result of their lawfully protected activities then that's not an allegation which AARO has jurisdiction over. Grusch is right to have gone to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. The IC IG has said Grusch's allegations are credible and urgent and respectfully that is what you should be reporting.

As a society, we're making progress. For a huge network like ABC to interview someone with credentials and not totally ridicule the idea of alien intelligent life, is impressively progressive. Mr. Kirkpatrick please provide a reasonable explanation to what my father in law saw along with another coworker: the setting is near the Merced River at Gallo Winery around 4am while taking a smoke (tobacco) break in the grape fields adjacent to to the river. Bright light in the sky begins to approach them. Comes within 100ft of them. It lands in the river. They are looking directly at it. It's a metalic disk with an array of windows around the circumference. They eminate light from within but cannot see anyone or any feature inside. Craft then lifts above the trees and shoots off completely silent at all times. The tree branches sway. They feel a breeze reach them and they heard a "swoosh" as it left. There was a vapor trail left behind that was lingering and still slightly visible as the dawn broke. Our adversaries? Our own craft? Other?

He was there and he said a squadron was sent out the next day with a video camera and got hours of footage. From that, a 23-minute video was put together, where everybody agreed they were not terrestrial in origin. Since then, that video clip has been "LOST". Fravor was there when Naval Intelligence, kahki's in blue jumpsuites, boarded the Nimitz in a helicopter, collected all the radar screenshots, hard drives and memory cards, then left. He asked then "WHERE DID ALL THE DATA GO?" and was told to keep quiet if he knew what was good for him. After retiring, he has been asking the same question, "WHERE DID ALL THE DATA GO?", with no answer and total silence.
