That house is the around the corner from me and like 5 years ago they did a total gut and remodel. Its in good shape, I think it is dirty more than anything.
If I was looking into moving to Dallas, with a bit of elbow grease put in for the fixups, I can easily see myself comfortably settling in to this gorgeous home.
Lovely home, great neighborhood. New carpet (or woods) on stairs and upstairs, just a few paint touch-ups, clean the pool, and voilà, this show stopper is ready for you to move in!
With a little tlc it’ll be really nice. I thought it was kind of odd that you walk in and you’re immediately by the kitchen counter. Would’ve been nice if it had a foyer.
That house will need a lot of money to put in it by the way it looks it will need new carpet, deep wood cleaning it’s looks so dirty and not we’ll taken care off
The kitchen island is weird AF and the kitchen right off the front door I’m not sure if I like that.... has an apartment like feel to me .... but other than that this is a really nice house honestly
@@DallasHomesForSale Yeah, those plain, flat, hollow core doors were the first give away it was an older home. The second was the actual design and layout. Modern homes aren't designed that way. The other part that threw me off was the condition of the home after such a relatively recent and expensive looking renovation.

This is a great house. 4 bedrooms all with bathrooms attached and a master on the main. Really good floor plan and layout too.

It truly is a nice house, even with the dirty pool. We live in Norcal with a pool and we have to clean our pool out all the time.

Very nice house. Does need a lot of work. Water damage to ceiling in bedroom #3. Definitely a possible roof issue. Get the right price.

house has real potential flooring paint change that master bath some doors carpet steps and back yard and possible roof and id keep it

When was this built? It looks like an older home that was renovated at some point.
It was built in 1979 and was fully renovated about 5 years ago.
