If it sells for more it will only be because someone from California or some other shit hole like that wants it bad enough to offer over the list price to secure it. Unfortunately, this is at least the 5th house to go back to the bank in this neighborhood since the pandemic started. Very few homes in this neighborhood go for more than $400k anyway. These are big houses and they were ultra-high end back in 1999-2003 when most of them were built. However, they are all upwards of 20 years old and need updates. Updates on this scale are extremely expensive. Side note: This is one of if not the largest floor plans in Waterview.

This house would be a big no for me. The neighbor next door would be a problem with their yard in the condition it’d in, the backyard is extremely small for a house this large and the powder room is to close to the formal dining room. I wouldn’t want to host a dinner party to only hear one of my guest flushing the toilet while I’m eating....I don’t understand why builders give no thought to this.
I would love the house if it was set on another piece of land. No one wants to hear a yapping dog while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. I am a animal lover and dog owner. But that is not a relaxing scenery.
