I have 3 friends with differing heart problems. Not one of them is looking after themselves nor are they likely to. They dont believe they are responsible for their bad health. Im here because I dont want to live a sick life in arrogant ignorance. My good health is entirely in my hands. I plan to be fit and healthy in my more mature years.

After 25 years on statins, my calcium heart score went to 905. I found a study in Holland that revealed statins CAUSE high heart calcium. Thanks medical "experts!" My heart felt like it was laboring to beat because it was turning to cement! After Dr. Berg's Keto, K2 and EDTA for 8 months, my heart is totally relaxed and I can barely feel it beating. Despite strenuous wok, no heart issues. Passed my nuclear stress test with flying colors. But, the first thing my "new" cardiologist said was, "We need to get you back on a statin." So, I fired him. The vascular doctor said that the meds that he put my husband on, are supposed to get rid of the blockage….but you say there’s a study that shows that statins can cause calcium build-up….basically, a blockage?!

For anyone with chronic AF (atrial fib), I found a way to completely eliminate it. I used to have to take metoprolol to calm my heart down. But then I researched it and here is what’s working:
    1. Fenugreek - raises testosterone by blocking estrogen.
    2. Ashwagandha- an adoptogen that supports the nervous system and relieves stress.
    3. Turmeric/curcumin- anti inflammatory, antioxidant, and thins the blood
I’m not exactly sure which one is doing the job- I suspect all of them have a part. But I no longer have any kind of arrhythmia and it’s been several months.

No, a stroke doesn't always cause death but generally strokes cause massive damage to the brain, and surely can be fatal. And even if you are fortunate enough to stop AFib episodes from occurring by having surgery or medications, ect., ...it seems your risk of stroke from having had AFib does NOT change. In 2009 I had 10 autoimmune "illnesses". I had given up on docs after the tests, apts, procedures, surgeries etc bankrupted me. They had no answers for me, all my issues were untreatable. They could only manage my pain. I happened upon one of your videos and became addicted to info. First things to go were restless leg and fibromyalgia. Next gone was arthritis head to toe, from No grain, no Pain". The sjorgens was gone too, but I had already lost my teeth. But my gums and mouth are healthy, thank you magnesium, minerals, vit C +B+d3/k2. I had found functional medicine as the docs were finding it. I feel like I watched them grow up and was happy to try things out with them. You had the most and best videos at the time. You began the journey before them. I was a bit surprised when many of them found eachother and began the movement that you weren't a part of that group. No matter, you were the one that not only saved my life, but allowed me to live it again.

The neuropathies were the only ones I could not eliminate, I/they/no one knows the cause. Hard to fix w/out a root cause. I made it tolerable by eliminating the other issues. There's a compounding effect the more issues you have. Unfixable is the old definition of autoimmune. Functional medicine has found cures, all thru nutrition. Normal medicine says MS in incurable, functional medicine cures it. Look up Terry Wahl.

A few years ago I endured months of very scary heart palpitations. A GP put me on blood pressure medication to stop the palpitations then I suffered from low blood pressure and felt faint all the time. I finally saw a Naturopath who put me on a good magnesium. As long as I keep taking the magnesium I don't have any palpitations.

I also used to get heart palpitations as well till I started magnesium and cut out coffee and anything containing caffeine from my diet. I still have one problem I get pain in my chest that comes and goes sometimes like a twitching pain. It doesn't last long... This has happened to me before I did a lot of tests and it didn't show anything...now it is more frequent and I am troubled about it.

My husband, a professional drummer for 55 years, has recently been diagnosed with CHF (Stage C). It's quite possible heart rhythm was effected by the time signatures. But also could be hereditary, but is unknown due to being adopted. Of course a sugary diet and bad habits through the years can also be the culprit.
I haven't been able to sleep much since he's been home from the hospital fearing he will need me, or die.
I have him on a few of these supplements and hope his diet continues to improve.
He has been thin ALL of his life. Still is.
    He is only 62.
Thank You for this info Dr. Berg.
Besides all of his medications I want to make sure these supplements are ok'd by his doctor's, yet they usually don't adhere to much outside pharmaceuticals, I feel.
We have been together 35 years. I cannot bear the thought of losing him.

Thank you for these very informative and educational videos. Saw cardiologist yesterday, second visit, and she approved my request to stay off beta blocker and use of magnesium, potassium, COQ10 and fish oil, with plant based diet and exercise. I had experienced sleep disturbance with the beta blocker and I felt additional palpitations. An ER doc had recommended magnesium for palpitations after normal Ekg (before I saw the cardiologist.) I noticed feeling better with the magnesium. Your videos gave me the knowledge for use of these wonderful supplements to approach cardiologist with my request. Otherwise, she was going to prescribe a channel blocker. I see her again in 6 mo. I will add your D3 and K2, Wheat Grass Juice Powder and Galbladder Formula to my regimine when it arrives. It seems like our physicians just want to prescribe meds rather than go a natural route or even investigate the cause of the problem. Thank you so much Dr. Berg for your videos.
