1 tip I would give is to squeeze the carrot to get rid of alot of the water from the carrot,it will stop the coldslaw from becoming watery after a few hours....

日本人から見るとおぼつかない手つきですが、、玉ねぎは切った後一度水に通して方が良いのでは？洗練された味になりますよ。
