The new organization system makes me happy, heheh. Have you seen the Studio Ponoc debut, Mary and the Witch's Magic Flower? It was made by the Ghibli cohort after Miyazaki's most recent retirement. It does watch as something of a farewell to the Ghibli library, and has tons of easter eggs, but it's also just a pretty movie.
Song of the sea is such a pretty movie. I definitely recommend it, it's on Netflix. The Little Prince is also a good movie, definitely one of my faves to rewatch. It's also on Netflix :)
Also, how do you feel about this sketchbook? I currently have the canson sketchbook like the one you have previously and I'm almost done with it. I have been looking at non-sprial sketchbooks so I can draw across the pages. I was looking at the illo sketchbook but I heard it wasn't really all that great for watercolor or watered down gouache :(
Oh! I’ve watched both of those I loved them 🥰 I should absolutely paint something from those movies their colors are amazing 😍 thank you for the suggestion! And I haven’t tried using watercolor on the sketchbook yet but it handles watered down gouache very well! I just uploaded a video where I used a lot of that and then it initially was very bendy but when you flatten it with a couple of books it flattens itself to what I think is an acceptable wiggle considering the amount of water lol
